The Subscription Stats are not correct and One Time Purchase do not show

I am a beginner at revenuecat, i am experiencing a problem, the stats on dashboard page are not correct, the active subscription count on AppStore connect and revenue cat are not correct.

Am i doing something wrong?

Hey @Arish!

 

The stats you see in RevenueCat are from what is in the RevenueCat database - not App Store connect. RevenueCat only “sees” subscribers that have sent a receipt via the SDK or API, there is no connection to App Store connect.

If you’re just getting set up with RevenueCat and already had existing subscriptions, it can take some time for those subscribers to update to the latest version of your app and migrate to RevenueCat.
