If a user redeemed an offer code that gives them a 1-year free trial and then upgrades their subscription (through purchase or redeem another offer code) when the offer/promo is still active, what will happen to their previous offer? Do they get a refund?

I’m not exactly sure how this would work. This would be reliant on however Apple or Google handles this type of scenario.Whatever changes are made to the receipt we will pick up. It will likely follow how upgrades/downgrades/crossgrades are treated with the individual stores: https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/managing-subscriptions#upgrade-or-downgrade-a-subscription.
