Does the New Customers represent the number of app downloads? If so, is there a way to get a list of customers that download the app, but did not sign up?

The New Customers metric measures the number of app user ids created in the last 28 days (or the timeframe that you have input in a Chart you may be using). This will be different from the download numbers that you might see in the app stores. Since RevenueCat only sees users who have opened your app, we don’t have a metric for users that download the app but do not open it.
