I want to enable users to tip other users and wondering how the money gets to the user. For example user 1 will tip user 2 for their content using IAP, how does user 2 receive the money, is this handled by Apple, or do we collect IAP tip payment and distribute it ourselves. Thanks!

Apple wonβt pay out users, so you would need to do something like a credit system instead (e.g., if a user receives enough tips, they get a free month).
If you did want to give users money, you would need to track and process those transactions yourself.
