Could you provide us a bit more context so we can dig into what’s happening? 

i.e.: 

  • What SDK version are you using?
  • Could you share a code snippet to better understand how you’re using the SDK?
  • Could you share debug logs (instructions here) so we can understand what the SDK is doing under the hood?
