Why are integrations still locked even when our current plan is Pro?

We recently upgraded to a Pro account so we can use the integrations such as Branch. However, even after our account shows “Pro” as our current plan, certain apps that require “Pro” plans are still locked. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey @Xiaodan!

You’ll want to be sure that the Project owner is the account that upgrades to Pro - a collaborator upgrading to Pro will only unlock those features for Projects that the collaborator owns (most collaborators won’t have their own Project).
