I don’t always want to have to develop features on my physical device and obviously we can’t interact with the Simulator on iOS, related to getting offerings for paywalls…
what’s the suggested workaround to avoid having to set a subscription in development on simulator?

While we dont have a best workaround for this. I recommend maybe granting yourself a promotional entitlement that unlocks all features so you dont have to deal with unlocking that entitlement or that sandbox purchase of that entitlement expiring during development.
This should allow you to handle the rest of development while RevenueCat is still in your app!
