I’m looking for a way to track the number of users that cross-grade from a higher priced plan to a cheaper plan we’re introducing to figure out potential cannibalization. Is that something that RC can help with / reports on?

The best way to track this would be by setting up Scheduled Data Exports and looking at daily reports to see how many people are switching to the cheaper plan rather than sticking on the more expensive plan. Unfortunately, we dont have an exact chart that will help in track this as of now. Most of our charts would count this as a churn since the user would be churning from one product, despite them starting another.
