Hi team RevenueCat.

We’re facing an issue where RevenueCat provides no email attribute for any subscribers using Android (iOS works fine).

Our app is built with Flutter. Are we missing something?

With best regards,

Romano

Hey @Romano-Cashews!

Attributes will only get synced when a purchase is made, or when the app is backgrounded/relaunched - it looks like a subscription was purchases, but can you confirm you’re setting the email attribute before that?

Additionally, could you provide some debug logs of setting the email attribute on Android? It might help to point out what’s happening to cause the attributes to not get synced as expected. You can enable debug logs by following our guide here: https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/debugging
