RevenueCat project setting, I keep entering my In-app purchase key configuration but it does not allow me to select “save changes” and when I come back to the same setting page, I don’t see my entry in this section persisting. Has anyone countered this?

Hi! Are you also making sure to add the Issuer ID to the appropriate field? It requires you to do so in order to save the in-app purchase key configuration.

Same as Apple Small Business Program start date. Even when I enter the date, the “Save Changes” button is grayed out and when I come back to the page, the field is blank.

@wes_clark  I just worked with Victoria (we’ve known each other for a while now) to get this solved! It _looks_ like there was a really weird (I’m not able to replicated it 100% of the time) with the dashboard validation.

I can’t get the same behavior in Chrome but I was able to replicate it in Safari (which is what Victoria was using).

I _think_ this issue might stem from how the In-App Purchase key is now required. Apps that were created prior to key being required now get an invalid form on page load. Once we got the key upload for Victoria, the rest of the forms seemed to work okay.

I’m going to bring this back to my team since I think we own this to see what they say 🤷‍♂️ This specific issue is resolved but I’m not confident that we won’t see this error again 😇

Thank you so much Josh!

I had problem with trying to edit other fields as well, Josh. Might have stemmed from trying to upload the key earlier, but seemed like none of the field changes were detected by save button

I am having this problem today!

I received an email to say my In-App Purchase key is invalid (I don’t know how that happened!).

Anyway, I upload a new key and replace the Issuer ID, but the Save button is always greyed out. When I refresh the page, it always has my old key.

Please advise how I can get my new key to save.

As of 5/31/24 this issue still persists. I am unable to access any IAPs or subscriptions from my apps because I am unable to save the .p8 key.

please fix this asap!

According to RC support, the temporary solution is to also integrate the App Store Connect API Key, they are aware of the issue.

A fix to the dashboard has been deployed 🚀

There were validations for the existence of some App Store Connect API Key fields that shouldn’t have been happening. Sorry for any issues involved with this!

Hi, my issue with this key is that I don’t know how to get it, because Apple is Waiting to review my subscriptions and want me to first implement this in my app to be validated

@wes_clark I have the same issue, but I am a new user so I cant even start with Revenue Cat and have to use Adapty or something now.

Registered with Safari, tried to add an iOS app and changed to chrome when it didnt work there. Problem persists, dont matter what I enter, the button stays greyed out. When I add a Play Store App, the button is usable (blue/purple) right away, if I choose App Store it is greyed out.

Hi @DonnyM, we have resolved this bug here so it should now be working for you : https://status.revenuecat.com/incidents/fb74r70zdntl

@Haley Pace the same issue still persists for me, could you provide steps to get it working?

Thank you

Thanks for the quick fix attempt, but it still isn’t working for me either.

Hi @guillaume-f839ff @DonnyM - we’ve since deployed additional fixes that should solve this. Can you do a hard refresh in Chrome and try again? Please ensure you first add the In-App Purchase Key followed by your App Name and Bundle ID - this should then allow you to save changes.

I am a new user who signed up today. It will not let me add an ios app no matter what i tried… Tried logging in on chrome, brave, and firefox. All prevent me from adding an ios app. I can add an android one just fine. Even tried making a second account, which acts the exact same.

Apologies, the issue was I was not filling out the Issuer ID as I thought it was getting autofilled. Once I filled that box in with my info I could save the app!

I have same issue. I added “the In-App Purchase Key followed by your App Name and Bundle ID” but it is still grey. I cannot save anything. However for Google Play Store or anothers, it’s working.

I have problem in App Store. I’m using Google Chrome.

I’m a new user and please find a solution.
