In the past 2 weeks we have had 5 Google Play Pass users complain that they are not getting an unlocked version of our app upon install.
 

When we look up their accounts in the Rev Cat portal we are not seeing any entitlements.  Please check the following account ids:

Normally we see the entitlements that are tied to purchase we provisioned for Google Play Pass on accounts like these in the portal
