transferring app to another Google play account

Hi I already tanfered my App to another Google play account…  I updated the new credentials on the RevenueCat app settings page as well, and new purchased are working well but when people try to restore old purchases it does not work…. any idea how to solve it?

Hi @Alvaro Valenzuela,

We’ve passed this question into our ticketing system for further investigation. If we reach a resolution there, I’ll post the answer here.

Edit:
In this case, it looks like the user’s subscription had already expired, so restoring would not bring back the expired subscription and it is expected behavior.
