Subscriptions still not showing up after 36 hours of being released on the App Store

My my app got approved on the App Store 36 hours ago and was released to the public at that time. Subscriptions work perfectly in TestFlight, but when using the app downloaded from the App Store I get a message saying “None of the productions registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if tone is being used). More information:”. I took at the site and everything checks out - all necessary agreements have been signed on app store connect, the subscriptions are in an “approved” state, the product identifiers match, and I’ve waited longer than 24 hours. Has anyone been in a situation similar to this? Do I just need to wait a little while longer?

Hey @appdeveloper126!

Just wanted to let you know I downloaded your app, and was able to successfully see your products and start a trial. Maybe your device is still using the TestFlight version or you’re signed into a non-production Apple ID?

Hi @cody,

Thanks so much for the response! Yesterday shortly after commenting on this post I ran into an article that helped the subscriptions show up in production:

What seems to work is either editing the description of the IAP (edit > save > revert > save), or doing the same thing with the Cleared for Sale checkbox. After making these changes, the IAPs showed up within 8 hours. The 5 IAPs that I left untouched are still not available 48 hours after the app was released. I just did a similar edit to these, so hopefully within 8 hours, they show up too.
