We want to export our receipts from apple so that we can import them to a new provider but revenuecat is not responding to any email and we do not know how to proceed now. 

Any idea?

I checked our ticketing system but couldn’t find an email from you regarding this. While we’re sorry to see you go, we’ll definitely export your receipts if you’re migrating off of RevenueCat. I created a support ticket for you and will continue the discussion there.
