I saw this post, but it was a bit old. Any hope, now that we are a year later, for a RC <> Shopify integration?

When an account expires on my app/website, the user will still have access to read their data if they choose not to pay. Therefore, I need a close button on the web billing page. Right now it appears to only support hard paywalls.

Hi there, we are currently using the RevenueCat integration with Segment which is really helpful, however we have noticed a couple of webhooks that don’t trigger events to Segment, EXPIRATION and PRODUCT_CHANGE. I was wondering if there was a specific reason that these are excluded or whether this is just something that hasn’t been developed yet, and if so whether it would be possible to add those? I am using the firebase extension and have not received a renewal (subscription extended) event for customer cltkw0rlVdU1KUgzKp9dZ1zzTtp2. The Customer History shows this event that happened about 9-10 hours ago.FWIW, I have the connection to Google real-time developer notifications setup correctly and it has been working. But the Google Developer Notifications Topic ID has last received event back in Feb. Are there any known issues with developer notifications? 

Hello RevenueCat Community,We've been using RevenueCat for our iOS, Android, and web apps, and we primarily use Firebase as our backend for all 3 apps. We've set up the RevenueCat’s Firebase integration (not the Firebase extension) by following the documentation provided here. The document seems to indicate that events for all 3 sources (App Store/Play Store/Stripe) can be sent to Google Analytics.We see the revenue data for our iOS and Android apps in the Firebase dashboard. However, we've noticed that the revenue for our web app, which is processed through Stripe, is missing. We do see the web app revenue on the RevenueCat dashboard, but it's not showing up in Firebase.We've double-checked the setup and believe that we've followed the integration steps correctly, but we're still not able to see the web app revenue in Fireba

If a user redeems an offer code (iOS) without the app installed, when does the INITIAL_PURCHASE webhook fire? I’m having an issue where the INITIAL_PURCHASE webhook is firing without the user id being set. I set the user id when the user signs in/up so I’m trying to understand when the webhook is firing. This is only a problem for trials (offer code redemptions).It would be nice if the webhook would re-fired when the user id was updated.

Hello, I’m trying to configure my revenuecat project for development with Stripe, I already connect my stripe to revenuecat successfully, but in revenue cat when I try to add a Stripe product, it says “Product not found in live mode, it may exist as a test mode product”, and is right I want to add Stripe sandbox products, I don't want to test with live product, revenuecat is able to see the live ones, but not the ones that I created in the new Stripe sandbox or even Stripe Test mode. How can I create a test environment between revenuecat and stripe? Take in consideration that if I test with live products I can’t use Stripe fictitious credit cards, so is not an option.

Hello,I am sending purchase and trial start events to Meta using the RevenueCat Meta Ads integration. Currently, I can see the events in Meta, but when I check the event details, Meta reports that no event parameters were detected.In my Flutter app, I am calling Purchases.collectDeviceIdentifiers() after the Purchases SDK is initialized and after the user accepts the App Tracking Transparency permission, in order to collect the advertiser ID.Additionally, after initializing the Purchases SDK, I call a method to get the Facebook Anonymous ID and pass it to the Purchases SDK using Purchases.setFBAnonymousID(fbAnonymousID).I am not sure if there is anything else I need to do. My goal is to see the advertiser ID as an event parameter in Meta.Also I am not sure why I cant see any other parameter for the StartTrialComplete event, what parameters RC sends to META? Thank you for your guidance.

Hello!  We have an integration from RevenueCat to Braze to capture Subscription Events.  These events are flowing into Braze as Custom Events, however they should be considered Braze Purchase Events.  Does anyone have any guidance on how to make this happen? We are using the default event names in the the Braze integration setup as shown here in RevenueCat.According to both the RevenueCat and Braze Documentation, if the event has currency/revenue it should be recorded as a purchase event, specifically initial_purchase_event and renewal_event. https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/braze

I am launching an app with a subscription offering. I currently have an e-commerce site built using Shopify. I am selling subscriptions on the Shopify site using the Bold Subscriptions Add-On, with Shopify Payments as the gateway.Bold offers webhooks for subscription events. I was thinking that I could pass these webhooks through my backend to the RC API...but...I don’t see RC endpoints for subscription events like cancel, so maybe this is not a viable solution?Is it possible to integrate the subscriptions sold on the Shopify site with RevenueCat? Am I missing a simpler solution here? Thanks!

I need a way to notify our backend when a promotional entitlement is manually granted to someone in the Revenucat dashboard. I don't see an event of this type being emitted via webhooks. Does anyone know how to work around this, or what the chances are that the Revenucat team could add this functionality? ;)  

Our app subscriptions are currently done via appstore and playstore purchases and we’re trying to add stripe into the mix. But we’re not sure how to handle the case where an old user signs back after a new subscription as anonymous. In case of appstore and playstore purchases, the transfer purchase call does the job but not so in stripe purchases. How is this to be handled? Just post a second receipt against the signed in user’s app user id? It’ll result in the stripe subscription attached to both revenuecat customers. I’m not sure about any unintended side effects of this flow. Is this the way to go here? Or am I missing something

I’m developing a subscription-based app where users only need to pay on one device (including Android, iOS, and web) to use it on all devices.From previous attempts, I’ve learned that using only Stripe webhooks, when I create a subscription in Stripe (in ), if there is no subscription data for that customer in RevenueCat, it will not send the customer data and the billing record to RevenueCat (I hope I’m understanding this correctly). Therefore, I decided to additionally use the API (not sure if this is the best approach, if there are other suggestions please let me know, thank you).After creating a subscription in Stripe (real mode not test mode), I sent the information to RevenueCat using the API v1 /receipts/, and the transaction with that ID does appear in Recent Transactions. Hi,Just wondered if anyone else has had similar problems to this? Its a new app and so as far as I understand, when I make a change/try to fix monetisation i must resubmit a new binary with it as well. Problem is they keep rejecting the monetisation side of things. specically App Store Localization. (I see a rejected status next to each Localisation) My app is available for europe and the us.  Ive provided Localization for UK and US. I dont get any feedback from the reviews to tell me what the problem is. Anyone else had this before? Thanks
