IOS - ERROR LOADING OFFERINGS

I have this error when trying to fetch offering from Revenue cat[Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).  Here is my Setup:app store agreementsapp store product:in revenue cat, i can import product automatically from app store here is my offerings & product: Can someone tell me what's going on =(( I'm stuck with it for 2 days now

Help understanding stripe integration better

I’d like to get a better understanding of the stripe integration.So far I’veConnected stripe and RevenueCat as described here: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/web/connect-stripe-account Created a webhook for stripe in which we post to the RevenueCat receipts APIAre both of these necessary?   Do we need to tell the RevenueCat receipts API about a purchase, or can RevenueCat get this information from the connection created in my first bullet point above?What does the connection do versus what does telling the receipts API do?  Can I get an explanation on how these two things work together?

Downgrade Information missing with Firebase Extension event

Hello, I think I’ve integrated RevenueCat successfully, but I'm encountering an issue with downgrades I use Firebase to store user credits, and Cloud Functions trigger updates based on events.The problem is that RevenueCat sends an "Initial Purchase" event when a user downgrades their subscription. This event doesn't differentiate between a new purchase and a downgrade. As a result, my Cloud Function awards credits to users even when they downgrade, which isn't the desired behavior.I think it would a good idea to indicate in the event what type it is.Or am i missing something ?Thanks

Can't get the same Active Subscriptions when using rc_subscription_status = active as in RevenueCat

I am using the newly available rc_subscription_status in Amplitude to create charts on subscriptions, but I don’t seem to get to the same numbers as in the Overview or Charts sections of RevenueCat.For example, I am using the rc_subscription_status = active and comparing to the “Active Subscriptions” in RevenueCat charts, and there is a significant difference.Also checked for rc_subscription_status = trial, which is also very far from the count in “Active Trials” (a lot higher).Is there a formula that should be applied? Like: to get the Active Subscriptions, we should substract subscriptions with the cancelled (or other?) status?Some documentation on how charts are calculated in revenuecat would be very useful in order to replicate the indicators in other tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.

Unity Firebase Authentication with RevenueCat in App Purchases

We created a mobile game through Unity that features firebase authentication for sign-up/login of user accounts. The app would be both available for Google Play Store and IOS. We want to integrate in-app purchasing with both consumable and subscription products however, the current IAP we were planning to use have its limitations such as associating google subscription through the active google account rather than the existing firebase user. After some research, I read that RevenueCat can be integrated with Firebase so the IAP will be connected to each Firebase users instead. Would this be possible and are there any documentations we can refer to in order to achieve such feature?

Customer status and Firebase

Hello everyone, I have an app on flutterflow that is set to check on a customer subscription status every time it starts, so is updated in the app. This is causing my customer to keep his status until he opens the app again, even when he has cancelled the subscription before. Right now I thought that integrating my Firebase DB to Revenuecat could figured this out by updating instantly my db, but I noticed there's no “boolean” attribute on firebase when a customer is made. I was expecting something like “subscribed=true false” but there's only dates (on string) and useless data for me. Any idea how can I check a customer subscription status with firebase information instead of checking as an API in app?thx

IAP -> Stripe

We have a Netflix model where most of our service value is via website. We have a mobile app where users can subscribe, and I want to use revenuecat to send IAP subscriptions to Stripe, which is our source of truth for subscription status. It seems like all of revenuecat documentation is stripe → revenuecat → iap whereas we need iap → revenuecat → stripe. When testing iap, I see the subscriptions show on revenuecat, but not on stripe.  how do I get iap subscriptions to show up as customers / subscriptions on stripe.

Stripe Unattached products

In our app, we have 3 different subscriptions (entitlements) that users can purchase. On Android and iOS side everything works fine as expected. But, in web, when user subscribes through stripe checkout session, when we post the subscription id to RC server successfully, the subscription does show up with appropriate (stripe) product.But, for some reason the entitlement the product belongs to is not attached with the customer’s subscription.  We do provide the accurate `app_user_id` and `fetch_token` (stripe subscription id) on the receipt.Our app uses the customer’s entitlement to unlock the level of feature. So, if there’s no entitlement attached to their purchase, the app can’t allow user to access the paid feature.

Does Facebook Ads Integration use Conversion API and AEM?

I’ve connected the RevenueCat integration with Facebook Ads, but it looks like all the events are coming from App Events API and not Conversion API.I want to enable Meta’s attribution for iOS14+ for StartTrial events with AEM but it doesn’t look like I can be eligible with the events coming in from App Events API.

RevenueCat - CleverTap integration in Flutter

Hello, I can find here https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/integrations/third-party-integrations/clevertap steps to make RevenueCat integration with CleverTap, I can find several programming languages how to do this, but unfortunately I can’t find (Dart) which is the programming language of Flutter.So is there any docs or steps how to implement this integration in a Flutter app?Also is it free or need to upgrade plan?Thanks in advance.

Superwall integration: Identifying users

I’m working on setting up the Superwall integration, following the instruction on https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/integrations/third-party-integrations/superwall. I’m looking for advice on the best practices for making sure the user IDs match between RevenueCat and Superwall. Our iOS app uses a RevenueCat anonymous ID on first launch, then asynchronously generates a user ID and sends it to RevenueCat. However, the ID is not guaranteed to exist because it’s tied to the user’s iCloud account, so some users may just use the anonymous RevenueCat ID. The flow I was considering was something like this:After launch, retrieve the RevenueCat anonymous appUserID and send to Superwall. Attempt to generate iCloud-based ID. If iCloud-based ID is created successfully, send to RevenueCat and Superwall. Otherwise, do nothing.Does that seem correct? (Or is this something I need to take up with Superwall instead?)

Issues with Missing Webhooks for RENEW, CANCELLATION, and EXPIRATION Events in Sandbox Testing

I’m currently testing in the sandbox environment. The INITIAL_PURCHASE webhook is being delivered correctly, but I’m not receiving the RENEW, CANCELLATION, or EXPIRATION events. What’s strange is that when I resubscribe, both the INITIAL_PURCHASE and the previous EXPIRATION events are delivered together at that time. Can you help me understand why this is happening and how I can ensure that the RENEW, CANCELLATION, and EXPIRATION events are sent as expected?

Why Metrics in v2 API MRR and Revenue are whole numbers

The Overview metrics in v2 API MRR and Revenue are returning as whole numbers.This should be in double so that the values can be more precise.Example, real MRR is 16.82 but the API returns as 16 which is inaccurate.

How long does it take RevenueCat's Stripe Dashboard App (SDA) to update information in stripe after subscription through app stores?

I installed the RevenueCat’s SDA on Stripe. Assuming Platform Server Notifications are set up and revenuecat is receiving confirmation of subscriptions almost immediately after they are made through iOS/gPlay, how long does it take revenuecat to update stripe and inform stripe the user is subscribed?

Having trouble with Apple Server Notification Forwarding

Hello, I am trying to setup Apple Server Notification Forwarding. I can verify that I am getting a notification forwarded to my api route, but I am having trouble parsing the response. When I try to verify the signedPayload against the in-app-purhcase-key I always get the JONSWebTokenError.The I am using the same .p8 key that I uploaded to revenue cat. What is the ASA lookback window?

I have a discrepancy between AppsFlyer and Revenucat, and the S2S event seems to have sent correctly. On RC, a particular conversion is listed as ASA sourced, but on Appsflyer it is not.On AppsFlyer, the default look back window for attributing from ASA is 7 days - so I’m wondering if this is the cause of the discrepancy. If RC’s look back window is longer than this, that could be why.Please could you provide info on the ASA look back window?

How can I process one-time payments on the web using Stripe without utilizing Stripe Checkout Sessions?

Hi there,We have a Flutter app for both iOS and Android that is integrated with RC through the SDK. We offer both subscriptions and one-time purchases(IAP). We are now integrating Stripe payments for both subscriptions and one-time purchases in our new web app. However, we are facing difficulties with the integration of one-time payment validation as it requires a Stripe Checkout Session. We have a custom payment form and UI that uses Stripe payment elements, and we are unable to use Stripe Checkout sessions. Are there any other alternatives that we could explore to create entitlement for these purchases?

RevenueCat's MixPanel integration changes your user's location on MixPanel

@kaitlin  This is the second post related to the same issue: This time, I’m a 1000% sure there is an issue on the RevenueCat part of the integration.I did tests and when RevenueCat sends an event to MixPanel or update my users profile in MixPanel it also changes the User’s location to its servers location: Ashburn, Virginia, USA.The support team has not been able to help me fix it yet and that’s why I’m here again, to try to reach more people from RevenueCat’s team to help me escalate this.To all RevenueCat users, please if your source of truth is MixPanel and you need to know where are your users from, I suggest you to review correctly the information, compare your events location vs the user’s location in MixPanel, if they are different and the user’s location is Ashburn Virginia USA, I request you help me bump this post.Thanks all in advance.

Trial start events before creating an account

We’ve activated the Branch MMP integration in RevenueCat. The RevenueCat documentation mentions:In order to attach attribution data to the correct user, make sure the App User Ids for RevenueCat and Branch match. The easiest way to do this is to set the Branch SDK identity to match the Purchases App User Id whether you're providing your own ids or using our randomly generated ids. The issue is users can start a subscription before we identify them with our ID’s. Deleted user - can I restore? They have a strip account but cannot subscribe.

We  had a few problems during the launch of our subscription. As part of that I deleted a user from the back end of the site, from stripe and from RC thinking this would reset the process. We now have the users set up in stripe again and the website but it seems a new account won’t create in RC, can I restore the deleted user - or set them up to link with the other existing accounts?

Meta ads integration: send events without IDFA

According to https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/integrations/attribution/facebook-ads: The Facebook integration requires some device-specific data. RevenueCat will only send events into Facebook Ads Manager if the below Attribute keys have been set for the device. $idfa iOS advertising identifier UUID Required: ✅ (iOS only)  95% of users opt out of app tracking, so the IDFA won’t be available. Does this mean Meta won’t see conversions 95% of the time? Is it possible to send conversion events with just, say, IP, email, and phone numbers?
