Hello,

we’re currently trying to offer a seven day trial with an introductory price after that, having our Play Console configuration such as this:

Therefore we would expect this introductory price of 20€ to be reflected in the ‘introPrice’ field of our product, but what we receive is the following information:

{
"currency_code":"EUR",
"description":"1 year of premium",
"discounts":null,
"identifier":"year_0001",
"introPrice":{
"cycles":1,
"period":"P1W",
"periodNumberOfUnits":7,
"periodUnit":"DAY",
"price":0,
"priceString":"0,00 €"
},
"intro_price":0,
"intro_price_cycles":1,
"intro_price_period":"P1W",
"intro_price_period_number_of_units":7,
"intro_price_period_unit":"DAY",
"intro_price_string":"0,00 €",
"price":69.99,
"price_string":"69,99 €",
"title":"1 year subscription (Wannalisn - Learn English from Movie Clips)"
}

Since we cannot find our real introductory price anywhere, we cannot correctly display the product information in our paywall.

Versions:

  • react-native: 0.64.2
  • react-native-purchases: 4.3.0

We would appreciate some information on how to proceed on this case.

Best regards!

Miguel
