AllPurchasedProductIdentifiers for multi-quantity purchases

I’m using customerInfo.AllPurchasedProductIdentifiers to check purchased products. Some consumable products I bought multiple times has only 1 reference in this AllPurchasedProductIdentifiers list. Is there a way to see how many times a product is bought?

Hello!Could anyone please explain to me how does restoring purchases for anonymous user IDs work? I’m usingfor await customerInfo in Purchases.shared.customerInfoStream { let hasNoActiveEntitlements = customerInfo.entitlements.active.isEmpty Superwall.shared.subscriptionStatus = hasNoActiveEntitlements ? .inactive : .active}to sync subscription status between RevenueCat and Superwall, but it works inconsistently, sometimes it never gets inside the for loop and sometimes it works without issues. Maybe I don’t get the idea and this code needs to be called after the app is in some specific state?

Paywall API

When does RC plan on releasing an API for creating paywalls?My app allows users to subscribe to multiple creators and each creator needs their own paywall. It is not scalable to manually make a new paywall every time we add a new creator. We already use the API to create the entitlement, product and offerings for a new creator. It makes sense to add an API to create the paywall as well. Alternatively, it would be nice to be able to re-use or duplicate an existing paywall in the RC dashboard.

Getting "NON_SUBSCRIPTION" products

Hi,I am trying to fetch APP Store IAP products using the API Purchases.getProducts, however, it is returning no products. After looking at various post it seems that I need to pass second argument to the method Purchases.getProducts as the default value is “subscription” and my product is not Subscription.I am struggling to pass the second argument which is ENUM in the latest SDK and not a simple string like “sub” or “iap”. I don’t know how to import these enum values so that I can use it as argument in the function call.Could you please help me with some sample code to pass the second argument? Thanks in advance. Thanks,Kapil

Subscription gets deactivated after first renewal in Sandbox (Flutter/PlayStore)

Test user: I get correct data right after the purchase until the first renewal, after that, my monthly subscription is missing in purchaserInfo.entitlements.active even though it is still active in Play Store. Please anyone help me

Why does a subscription get transferred to another user?

Have user A logged in Purchase a subscription Log out, log in as user B Purchase a consumable in-app purchaseExpected: no subscription for user B, subscription for user AActual: subscription for B, no subscription for AThis is extremely wrong, since user B is expecting to get a consumable in-app purchase effect, while they get an effect as if they bought a subscription. Subscriptions should only be transferred when explicitly asked by a user.

Invalid product identifiers after SDK update

I’m getting invalid product identifiers after updating the SDK to the latest version. RevCat was working perfectly before the update. Any suggestions on how to fix it or should I report it as a bug?

Subscription not autorenewing on .aab, yes on .apk's | React-Native SDK - ANDROID

On my React-Native app, which is configured with RC, tested and working completely fine on development builds and .apk installations, the purchased subscriptions expire after 5 minutes and do not auto-renew with revenuecat.Also, if you try to purchase the item again google play store throws an error indicating the user is already subscribed. Strangely, the issue only arises in closed testing signed .aab build from the google play console. On .apk’s and dev-builds the subscriptions auto-renew without any issues, and the “active” array remains with the purchased subscription. The issue seems to be on the side of the revenuecat api, which for some reason returns an empty “active” array after the 5 minutes have expired on the production builds. Is this expected behaviour in .aab build/closed testing environments? Apologies if that’s the case, I’ve been looking at the documentations and forum posts, there doesn’t seem to be anything written about this. Below are the screenshots of the app,

After successful purchase the purchase method falls into the error as if entitlement is not activated

Yesterday I have published my first app on the Appstore and all my clients faced the same problem. When they made a subscription for trial or even purchase - the operation ended up with success. They received the receipt from Apple about it or money were taken from their account (in case of in-app purchase) but then they fall into this error: "Purchase succeeded but program is not active". Migrating to RevenueCat, aliasing not working as expected for custom user ids

Is there some reason why app provided user IDs don’t alias to one another like anonymous IDs do? (I seein the chart on this page: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/user-ids only anonymous ids will alias, not app provided ids) I want to transfer our existing billing data to RevenueCat, we give each user a user ID e.g. user1234 however this is stored locally, so if the user delete/reinstall the app they will get a new user ID e.g. user5678. In order to migrate all our data and port over our iOS code I need to:Add a hook in our backend code so all new purchases are sent to RevenueCatOnce that is in production then I can:Run a script that loops through all of the records in our DB and inserts them into RC When running step2 if the same user has multiple userIDs associated with them due to delete/re-install this will be fine because I will iterate from oldest to newest, so the newest userid will get all the purchases transferred to them by RC. However … running step2 that calls the /receipt e

Purchase process in Unity3D SDK

How should purchasing process looks like in Unity3d?  In official docs Unity (revenuecat.com) we see only single function for this purpose:public void BeginPurchase(Purchases.Package package) I think it’s definetly lack of documentation. How should we obtain Purchases.Package object? Create it from new on our own? Get it somehow and store it?

License test in closed test on Play Store

Hi,I have set up my app, with an auto-renewing subscription in a closed test track on Play Store with myself as License tester, and then downloaded the app on my test device. All subscriptions features seems to work fine, I can subscribe, cancel a subscription, restore a subscription  and all actions are reflected in RC backend in the  sandbox overview.  But I am curious about the options one finds in Google Play Store>Configuration>License test page.  I choose the ERROR_CONTACTING_SERVER as response and saved, my expectation was to get an error in the app when buying a new subscription. But no the purchase of a new subscription went well.  So my question is how are these response options on the License test page linked to the RC SDK? Regards Tomas

iOS - my Purchase button not there in Production but was there in TestFlight

Hey All, my app got approved with RevenueCat implemented. The button to make a purchase shows up in TestFlight, but it is not showing up in my production app. This would mean that either currentOffering equals nil or there are no availablePackages. However, I do not understand why it would work in TestFlight. Any suggestions?

Best way to support ExtendRenewalDateRequest ?

Hey — We’re super excited to deeply integrate some of our support and workflow tools to use the new App Store APIs to extend subscriptions and issue refunds. Primarily this one: ExtendRenewalDateRequestThe request body containing subscription-renewal-extension data. But it requires to access the transaction ID, which the RC SDKs don’t expose easily. What’s the recommended way to get this done with RC?

Are purchase receipts available through SDK?

Hello,Currently we are trying to obtain purchase receipts (or any required data to do receipt validation) in order to forward the event and keep track of IAPs on Game Analytics (it’s not an anlaytics tool you are seamlessly supporting atm).Is there any way we can obtain this receipts so we can send the IAP events to GA? We are using RevenueCat Unity SDK.Thanks!

Godot game engine port of the Unity SDK

Hi All,I’ve made a very quick and dirty GDScript port of the Purchases Unity SDK to Godot Game Engine here: https://github.com/werdnahull/purchases-godot. Only Android works so far, but iOS is in the works. As I said, it was done quick, so quite a few things are not done the “Godot” way, such as function names and variables. Callback functions were converted to signals, however.

Incorrect Documentation on iOS Subscription Offers

I just wanted to report an incorrect code snippet in the iOS subscription offers documentation. I spent several hours trying to debug why it wasn’t working for me in React Native, so it would be helpful if this could be fixed so it can benefit others in the future. Here is the documentation page in question The error is only present in the React Native code snippet provided:This function is undefined because it does not exist in any version of react-native-purchases. I uncovered this issue when I checked the other tabs of the code-snippet and searched inside the /src/purchases.ts file of the react-native-purchases package, and found that there is no method called “getPaymentDiscount”. This line is supposed to be:const paymentDiscount = await Purchases.getPromotionalOffer(product, product.discounts[0]);Note: getPaymentDiscount is replaced by getPromotionalOffer. I have tested this code and after providing the product and discount from the package, I was successfully able to call:Purchas

Deleting Package Identifiers

I deleted a package identifier in an offering I was setting up.  I then tried to add the identifier back in with the same ‘name’ and description and I get the message that the package identifier already exists.  However, it is no longer in the list. Does this mean that I cannot delete package identifiers and then re-add them back in if I change my mind on an offering that is not current. What happens if I delete the complete offering?  Will all package identifiers I used no longer be available to re-use in a new offer? Thanks

Can experiments be used in certain ways?

We were wondering what kind of experiments were possible. We wanted to make 2 different subscription screens (different designs and layout) and use RC experiments to determine which one converts better. How would we go about this? Is this even good practice and a valid use case for RC experiments?

PurchaserInfo is empty after migration
