Purchases.configure() crashes app on launch [Flutter]

It was working fine a few weeks ago, but now it just crashes every time I try to configure RevenueCat. Issue goes away when I don’t configure it.What do I do?

Only using custom App User ID

The documentation clearly states that to use only custom App User ID, we just need to configure the SDK with a custom app user id. Never calling logout. But my question is tied to multiple users using the same application on same device: do we need to call login() to be safe or anything special when the app authenticates a different user in? This seems to talk about this but not sure when it says login just means actually login()?Also is it ok to configure the SDK much further down in a user flow where only purchases are needed? Say when they navigate to settings->purchases. This way when starting the app (even if user is logged in) we will not configure. This way it will ensure that anonymous IDs will never be created. I am just not sure if this is ok to call configure each time a screen open and if there is any performance impact..

INFO: 💰 Finishing transaction 'number' for product 'identifier'

Hey, I have a problem with auto-renewable subscriptions. When I click on purchase it trigger the Apple bottom sheet with subscribe, then when I click on subscribe it says successfully purchased but it doesn’t complete the transactions. Debug shows me this → [Purchases] - INFO: 💰 Finishing transaction 'number' for product 'identifier'.  I test it in simulator with store kit configuration

iOS Testing staging and production apps, receipt invalid

Hi, Im trying to test staging and production apps separately on iOS. To do this, I created separate targets with separate bundle ids. I then followed the guidelines here:Since I only need to test locally on device and on the simulator, I created a StoreKit configuration test file and downloaded the cert. I then created a separate project in RC with the staging app bundle ID (I already had one with my production app), the app secret from AppStoreConnect, the Storekit cert, and the products setup to match the Storekit configuration file.I’ve double checked to ensure that in the bundleID matches the bundleID in XCode. I’ve also checked to ensure that the products setup match the products in the StoreKit config file. But, when I try to complete a purchase in my staging app, I get the following errorERROR: 💰 Product purchase for '(product' failed with error: Error Domain=RevenueCat.ErrorCode Code=8 "The receipt is not valid."If I click the button a second time it tells me I have already ma

Flutter App is not fetching products.

Ionic Failed to build android app

Is it required to provide a user identifier to share a subscription between apps logged in to the same Apple ID?

 I read this doc which seems to suggest it is a requirement:https://www.revenuecat.com/v2.3/docs/macosiOS and macOS (including Catalyst) use different bundle Ids, meaning any purchase on either platform completely separate from each other. To share a subscription across both platforms a consistent user identifier needs to be set in the Purchases SDK.But, I also saw this other Q&A that seemed to indicate that a restore purchases button will allow the user to access their subscription between devices if they are logged in to the same Apple ID. So wanted to clear up for myself - can an iOS app, macOS app, a watchOS app, and an iPad app that only use anonymous IDs but logged into the same Apple ID share a subscription regardless of on what device the purchase was made?

Docs for Stripe integrations seem misleading

I have an app released in all platforms (desktop, mobile, web, browser extension) and has single codebase. I am looking into integrating payments for subscriptions for Pro features.Looking into revenuecat website makes it clear that it supports iOS, Android and Stripe. When I go to the docs section I see SDK guides for Apple and Android. But not so much on stripe. I could not find anywhere that RC does not yet support stripe integration via its SDK. In fact reading the docs I get the opposite impression that the SDK functions work seamlessly across all three platforms.These are the Stripe related pages in the docs -https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/stripe-products - It mentions setting up subscriptions in the stripe dashboard. At the end it links to continue to product setup guide. How to know if isSubscribedInOldSystem in React Native

I migrated my app to RC, however old subscribed users are having a sync problem. Previously, I was using react-native-iap library for subscriptions and receipts validations in the client side.  if ( isSubscribedInOldSystem // not able to get this information && !isSubscribedInRevenueCat) { Purchases.syncPurchases();}Because of RC, I had to remove react-native-iap from my packages.json to prevent crashes and libraries incompatibilities.I never stored any users subscriptions informations and I am now unable to get the isSubscribedInOldSystem to syncPurchases. SDK Version - 4.1.0 | Entitlement query causing (repeating) "CodingKeys" Debug messages to console

Calls to -- customerInfo?.entitlements[ “myEntitlementID” ]?.isActive seems to be generating Debug message log noise.I’m unsure how to fix/quiet these messages, does anyone know if this is a problem or a way to resolve whatever might be casing this? Amazon IAP (React Native Expo)

Hi, we’ve been able to get IAP working on Google and Apple, but are stuck on Amazon:We have Amazon App Tester set up with the .JSON file for our IAP products coming up as per the Amazon documentation. Making a purchase however, does nothing. I’m monitoring the trackers and RevenueCat is called as with the other two platforms. Apply IOS promotional offer with Cordova purchases plugin

I am using the Cordova RevenueCat plugin. I've read through the documentation https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/ios-subscription-offers#promotional-offers. The code examples there don't mention Cordova/Ionic. So then, I've looked through the Cordova plugin source code but was still unable to find out how to let a user purchase a product with a promotional offer. Is it possible to allow a user to utilize a promotional offer using the Cordova plugin? If so, how?

Mac App only using Stripe: No offering

We are going to use RevenueCat to sale our macOS application using only Stripe.I followed your documentation to setup products, offering packages and entitlements.I also installed your SDK (version 3.3).I am however facing the following issue:ERROR: 🍎‼️ Error fetching offerings - Error Domain=RCPurchasesErrorDomain Code=23 "None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).I do not understand why I am getting this issue because this app will be sold outside the Mac App Store. So it raises several questions:I only selling a Mac App outside the MAS, using Stripe supported by RevenueCat and if yes can we use the SDK? If yes, what can be the source of the issue If no, what do you recommend to achieve what we want to do? Thanks for your help,

We are migrating from sdk v3.x for android (java).The isBillingSupported method is not marked as deprecated in the new sdk, it is just gone. Purchases.getOfferings returns "Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details" on Android

So I followed the official revenue cat website set up process.I’m using RN and I plan to publish my app to android first then to the app store (So right now I’m only focusing on Google Play).So after following this sample example : https://github.com/RevenueCat/react-native-purchases/tree/main/examples/MagicWeather. I got stuck on the Purchases.getOfferings that was returning : `Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Non-Subscription Purchases with Quantity > 1

I’m implementing Non-Subscription Purchases (in Flutter). While testing I discovered that the Google Play store offers an option to select a quantity. When I submit a quantity greater than 1 the webhook JSON and Subscriber Info retrieved by the REST API do not reflect the selected quantity. Am I missing something or is this something that needs to be added to RevenueCat.I’ve included a picture of the purchase screen and the webhook JSON. [Android] Paywals in Landscape are not displayed correctly

I’m using latest RC sdk in Android 7.2.7. , and I’m forcing my users to have portrait mode for the activity that contains my paywall, my surprise was that some users installed my app in a tablet and the view was in “landscape”, so the header (image is too big) and they can’t see the offers/scroll. tried to wrap the content under a Column and add `verticalScroll(rememberScrollState())` in compose, seems that “kinda” work, but you can see only one offer (seems that the RC Paywal it does not consider nested scrolling)also I tried for now using the footer only for lansdscape/Compat window size,  but kinda the same, the button is not visible and the “restore” button is not visible, if I wrap under `verticalScroll` the app crash,Box( modifier = Modifier .fillMaxSize() .padding(paddingValues)) { val options = PaywallOptions.Builder( dismissRequest = { onNavigationClicked() }, )).build() if (windowSize.heightSizeClass == WindowHeightSizeClass.

I don't understand RCPackageType

Hi,I’m developing on iOS and using StoreKit testing right now. I’m getting my offerings + packages from the RC API no problem now.However, the `packagetType` is `PackageType.custom`. I don’t understand where the package type is set or whether it should be automatic. The docs here list values for the type such as `ANNUAL`:https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/displaying-products...but there’s nowhere to configure these in RC that I can find. So… presumably it is meant to be working this out from the App Store products… but isn’t because I’m using StoreKit?Either way, this seems very confusing.

How to get Facebook anonymousID?

We’ve been following the Facebook Ads documentation. However, I can’t find the reference to get “anonymousID”. Any guidance on that? Also we are using Unity, there isn’t a Unity example for it. Is there a reason for it?https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/facebook-ads#2-send-device-data-to-revenuecat
