Hi.I have used the Revenuecat extension for firebase for a while, but have not found the use of it as I cant see custom claims in the idTokenResult.I want to use custom claims to only allow users with subscription to upload files and then use this custom claims on firestore rules instead of only checking permission inside the application.I have configured the extension in revenuecat and enabled custom claims in the extension:Should custom claims be set in Firebase Auth with the user's active entitlements? What could be the reason that I cannot access my Google Play subscription’s free trial offer from the SDK by calling `aPackage.product.subscriptionOptions?.freeTrial`? It is always null.This is a new subscription product which I created after reading through your migration guide from 5.x -6.x. It was suggested there that I should create new subscription products, so I did. I used to have two products, one annual and one monthly. I created a new single subscription with 2 base plans and an annual which has the free trial offer. With the old setup and 5.x version this worked, but now I cannot see the free trial in the new base plan at all. Any help is appreciated. All base plans and the new offer are active in Play console and the products have been added to RC packages. Also this annual base plan looks to be “backwards compatible”.This happens with the latest 6.3.0 version of the purchases SDK.

According to Revenuecat documentation:“Subscriber attributes are only synced with RevenueCat servers on app launch, app backgrounded, and when purchases are made or restored.” However, we want to sync these attributes to RevenueCat servers without app being sent to background.As you can see from the attached pictures of code I tried, and debug logs, I could never force subscriber attributes to be synced to revenuecat servers without app being sent to background. They are also synced if there is a purchase, but after purchase event. However, we need to use them for before purchase event. Because they are missing with the initial purchase event webhook we are receiving from revenuecat.Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi,I’m new to RevenueCat and just following the Quick Start for iOS.I tried to add the SDK using the instructions but Xcode could not resolve the dependency (tried Xcode 12.5 and 13 beta 5).It seems that since the new 4.0.0 beta SDK released 2 days ago, Xcode can’t resolve it. It defaults to using 4.0.0 as the minimum version and then fails to resolve it.I have managed to work around this by entering 3.12.4 as the version when adding the dependency, but thought I’d raise this in case (a) I’m doing something wrong (don’t fancy using Beta right now so...), and (b) RC are not aware of the problem.

We need to add some metadata (key-values) to user’s payments. As an example, we’d like to send workspaceId and other key-value parameters along with a payment that user is creating.I understand that there is a Subscriber attributes which offers capturing custom metadata on the user object, however what we need is to attach metadata to individual payments and not users.Anyway to acheive this functionality with RevenueCat APIs?

So I’m trying to verify purchase’s made on client devices. I’ve made a simple flow with screen shots and notations to more clearly explain my problem.But simply put: How do I request a receipt/transaction token be validated by revanueCat from Unity C#, and receive the response.

I have an existing app (“Cameras”) with a subscription product and lifetime product that share the same entitlement. I’m creating a new app (“Lenses”) and I want to share subscriptions between them, but not lifetime purchases. I believe I can do this without having to make a new entitlement, and just checking the allPurchasedProductIdentifiers. I have set up various products on play store and am able to fetch them successful via the Purchases.sharedInstance.getOfferingsWith function. Some of my products have introductory pricing and/or free trials. I have tried testing this functionality and it seems to work. The problem I am running into now is if I have a user that has made use of the free trial or intro pricing for the subscription, cancels the subscription, and then wants to resubscribe I don’t appear to have a way to tell that the user is not longer eligible for intro pricing or free trials. The only way to tell is only after the user has started to go through the play store billing flow, but I need to display the correct information about the product in my app’s UI.

Users located in Russia (RU) report that RevenueCat paywall assets are not loading – specifically images and icons. The paywall UI renders, but asset requests fail or never resolve, resulting in missing visuals (empty placeholders / broken images) and a degraded purchase experience I already tried configuring an alternative proxyUrl (https://api.rc-backup.com/) in the RevenueCat SDK. However this did not solve the issue, because paywall images and icons are loaded from a different asset domain which is still inaccessible from Russia  

I am attempting to keep my database up to date with my users’ subscription states via RevenueCat’s webhooks. When my server receives an event from RC, it extracts the `app_user_id` and immediately hits the /subscribers API endpoint to fetch the new subscription info for that user and save it to my database. This seems to be working for new subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.I am running into an issue with the `TRANSFER` event type, however. I can trigger this event by logging out one of my users, logging into a new account, and restoring purchases. The Apple ID remains the same throughout, and I correctly log in/out to the Purchases SDK at the correct times, so RC (correctly) transfers the entitlements over to the new user ID.I receive the `TRANSFER` event via webhook, and handle it as a special case. Sorry for asking this question here, but we haven’t had much luck over the SDK forum. We are still getting the “The product is not available for purchase” when attempting to subscribe on Android when using the React Native package. Initially I suspected there may be some kind of latency associated with the setup, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Here’s a list of what we’ve checked and the current set up:The app is publicly rolled out on a production track The package name in RevenueCat matches that in our Gradle build The product identifiers match those in Google Play Console The subscriptions are active in Google Play ConsoleSet up on the Google side of things seems to be fine, as the Play Store listing is correctly pulling in our subscription packages. I noticed when testing that my subscription expires pretty quickly. Subscription acceleration is vaguely explained in the docs (more details would be super helpful). So I recently started seeing more and more users starting to get issues fetching products and this is the error they get after calling Purchases.shared.getOfferings:There is an issue with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).
