Permissions to call subscriptions API is checked as validated, but not the other two.I have gone over the configuration for the service account several times, following your documentation instructions, but never the less I’m stuck. I have also waited several days before refreshing the status again, but it’s the same. I simply don’t know what else to do know except reaching out to you.I’m creating an app for Android with package name biz.codepower.echonotes and RevenueCat App ID app4742cd71c6.

If a user subscribes to a free trial, cancels that free trial, and then later attempts to initiate a free trial again for the same product, they are immediately (and unexpectedly) charged by Apple. Our app has language around free trials, and we’d love to find a way to dynamically update this language to no longer mention the free trial once the user is no longer eligible under these conditions. Is there any way for us to know whether a user is, according to Apple, eligible for a free trial?

Hi We have an app with subscriptions sold using RevenueCat. When a child in a Google Family Plan try to purchase the subscription they see an “Ask your parent” popup, which I assume RevenueCat is showing? We have 4 parents who cannot find a way to authorise the subscription.Is there something we need to do in RevenueCat or on Google Play to enable them to authorise the subscription?

After having subscriptions working correctly in my apps on ios and android, since yesterday I have started receiving an error when connecting to the android play store and it is not possible to make a subscription on android. Anyone know what might be happening?

I have done research on the best way ti monitize my app and it seems that displaying a Paywall before onboarding or just after is a recommended approach.  I think I will use this approach but have a question on how to implement.  I plan on using a RevCat paywall that is displayed right after the install.  The paywall will offer two plans (Yearly and Monthly) and will have a free Trial  of 7 days.  This would be accomplished using the Apple store and Google Play built in functionality.  The paywall will also have a Cancel button.  The question I have is what is the recomened approach if a user clicks the cancel button on this initial paywall? Do you still give them access to app for 7 days anyways? I’m thinking this would be the way to go and I will setup a diiferent Offering (Yearly/Monthly/Paywall) that does not have free trial (through the stores and a Revcat Paywall) and give access to the user to purchase a subscrition in the app.  I would also track the install date and present

I am testing purchasing my subscriptions in sandbox. My device has purchased a subscription before, and it has expired.When I go in to purchase again, `Purchases.shared.purchasePackage` returns immediately with the `purchaserInfo` and the default entitlement shows my previous purchase, with an isActive status of false. I was never presented with the purchase modal. When I `restoreTransactions`, the `purcahserInfo` shows the same, an expired entitlement. Why can’t I re-purchase an expired subscription?

I’ve set up a synced StoreKit Configuration file for my app. On simulators it fetches all the offerings without a hitch, but when running on device it doesn’t. Is this a known limitation or is there something I’ve missed?

There is a working version of RNIAP which we are replacing with revenuecat.I am not using any sandbox, directly testing on my device.How do I go about resolving this issue?

I’ve set up my app store IAP and set up the various RC things needed for it. But in App Store Connect, my IAP entry says “Missing Metadata.” I have verified that all agreements/forms/etc are done under “Business” and all say “Active.” I’ve added the price for the IAP as well as the localization entry and image. However, the localization and image say “Prepare for Submission” not “Ready to Submit” so I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do.The only thing that I haven’t added is a screenshot, because I don’t understand how I’m supposed to offer a screenshot of the app if I can’t actually get the IAP from the SDK yet?? Hi guys, I'm trying to understand how to deal with "App User ID" and user accounts.  All good if I have the next flow:A user downloads an app. The user register in the app Based on the registered user account, I can generate an "App User ID" and send it to RevenueCat. Then, based on the registered user account, I always have access to the user "App User ID" because it is stored in my database and mapped to the registered user account. Later on, users can restore purchases anytime after they log in to the app. Because again, I have his "App User ID" stored in my database.But what should I do if I have no user registration in the first place?
