Using iOS SDK, and just recently, like two weeks ago.  This API is randomly never calling the completion block?- (void)purchaserInfoWithCompletionBlock:(RCReceivePurchaserInfoBlock)completion This never happened before.Thanks,Ilam

I am looking to be able to show unlocked features in a web based version of my app. If I make it so users can subscribe in either the iPhone or Android store but still access un-locked content on the web or desktop versions?

There is a working version of RNIAP which we are replacing with revenuecat.I am not using any sandbox, directly testing on my device.How do I go about resolving this issue?

Hi team, I’ve been facing a persistentissue with the sandbox environment, for more than a week now. I was able to purchase subscriptions initially but all of a sudden they stopped working. I always get the Unable to process your request. Please try again later. Environment: Sandbox error.Now initially i though it was a me problem, thinking maybe the code changes broke something. I do use Expo but when I try to initialize revenue cat SDK, I got ‘LOG {"error": [TypeError: Cannot read property 'setupPurchases' of null]}’ error.my code just like that; await Purchases.configure({ apiKey: 'x' })I’m  using andorid, in real device and emulator. 

Hi,While testing my subscriptions on IOS with a sandbox account i found a strange behaviour of getCustomerInfo(), needing to call it twice in order to get the correct data.The way i’ve set my app is to call getCustomerInfo on appLaunch and on appResume, to check for updates. The scenario is the following:I purchase a subscription and get back info that the entitlement is active and my expirationDate is 5min from now (because of the sandbox account). Then i minimize the app and wait 6 mins, after which i can see the sub renewal transaction appearing in rc dashboard and in the customer details screen. I open the app, which triggers getCustomerInfo, but it’s returning the same data i got from when i first purchased the sub. Then when i minimize the app and open it again, triggering getCustomerInfo for the 2nd time, it return the correct updated data with the new expirationDate.Is this the expected behaviour? I’ve been seeing a ton of these events come through and they often lead to cancelation and lost revenue. How can I make sure this isn’t due to some misconfiguration in RC or Apple, or my code set up?

Hi there,I am using Revenue Cat Paywalls to let my users purchase products. However if a consumable has been purchased before I am getting the error message:Ignoring purchase request for already subscribed packageThis is happening even though the purchase request is for a NON_RENEWING_PURCHASE which is not a subscription.My app is written in Flutter and I am currently testing on Android before moving on to iOS. I have rechecked my product set up on the Google Play Store and they are not set up as subscriptions. These products are not set up with entitlements in RC, they only have offerings attached.Can anyone help resolve this because at the moment my app doesn’t allow the repurchase of consumables which is obviously an issue.

As title says, getting "There was a credentials issue." on android after 72+ hours.  I am using `"react-native-purchases": "^4.2.0"`. I am pretty new to Revenuecat. Sorry if this problem is answered a hundred times, but I could not find a solution. Here is my problem:I do have an iOS app and have a paywall view. The user can either subscribe for a monthly or annual payment (I managed to set this up in App Store Connect and Revenuecat and this all works fine), or he can select a free trial for 14 days.I know, that I can set up a free trial in app store connect, but as far as I understand, this automatically will start a chargeable subscription, if he does not cancel before the end of the trial period. So in fact the free trial is part of subscription and the user has to choose a subscription method at the paywall. This seems not very appealing to me.I rather would like to say: “Click here and have a look”. Hi, I am new to programming and RevenueCat.  My IOS app has a subscription purchase option and the user was able to make a purchase, which I think shows up in Revenue Cat but I am not 100% sure as I don’t know how to directly relate the RevenueCat app ID to the user.  Fortunately, at the present time I do not have a large number of users so I believe I have identified the user correctly. However, when the user logs and the app queries  Purchases.shared.purchaserInfo, the entitlements comes back as nil.   I have searched the documentation and can’t understand what I have done wrong and am at a loss of where to start troubleshooting.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I can call setDebugLogsEnabled successfully. But I cannot see a “setup” method on the Purchases object? If I type the code to run setup() I get the following error:What am I missing?Thx!

Hello, Any ideas as to why the app will be receiving active entitlements even months after the subscription has expired? Currently I have an app in production, and while going through some of the “Expired” accounts, I noticed that a few of them are still active with the application. I have checked, and double checked, tested the logic of the app and it seems as if it should block the person from using the app and being directed to a subscription page. However, the only reasonable explanation as to why the users are still having access to the app would be if RevenueCat’s SDK is sending back an active entitlement.  I have a method, that each time the app becomes active is called, this method is in charge of verifying that the user has an active subscription each time the app becomes active. Within “checkForActiveSubscription()” I call the “purchaserInfo” to get the latest information from the purchaser as per the instructio
