Environment: iPadOS 14. I understand that when an anonymous user reinstalls and deletes the app, caling Purchases.configure generates a new app ID, and when he calls restore, the purchase is transferred from his old anonymous ID to his new one. What happens to an anonymous user’s ID if he buys a subscription on device A, then restores on device B.Will device A still be logged in?

HI there! I’m hoping you will able to help. Here is the error Item Unavailable, id the correct, in the google account all is also ok. It’s closed testing, and also testers, devices and so on is ok. The app got prices from the cat, but still it doesn’t work. We also can’t make a test purchase via cat and didn’t seen any tries in the sandbox dashboard.  Maybe someone know what to do nextThanks in advance

In the list of possible integrations I see Braze but not Iterable. What is currently the best way to send Revenuecat events to Iterable?

On one of my devices, I’m consistently getting nil in PurchaserInfo for both originalApplicationVersion and originalPurchaseDate. Based on what I’ve read in the docs and elsewhere, I thought in the sandbox I should always expect originalApplicationVersion to be “1.0” and originalPurchaseDate to be 2013-08-01.I did notice that in the header for both of these properties, it says:@note This can be nil, see -[RCPurchases restoreTransactionsForAppStore:]But that function doesn’t exist.This seems like pretty odd behavior, since it’s only happening on one of my devices, both in TestFlight and running through Xcode. Hi, I’m trying to get some clarity around account creation. Currently, a user can create as many accounts as they want in our app (no payment is needed upon account creation). However, we want to only allow a single Apple/Google ID to be associated with one account. For example, if I:Create two brand new accounts Login to the first one and subscribe to a paid monthly subscription Logout and login to the second accountAt this point, I would expect that the second account doesn’t have access to the paid monthly subscription that was purchased by account number one. The phone is still logged in with the same Apple/Google ID, so:Is the second account able to purchase a paid monthly subscription? If the second account purchased a higher tier than the first account, would it all be associated with one account in RevenueCat, therefore “upgrading” the first account?We have done some testing

Hi there! I have a question about RevenueCat logIn (and Blocking Transfers) as introduced in: Suppose this is how my iOS/Node app is designed to work:I have a user database and each user has a unique record and id. We require users to sign up with email and password before they’re shown the purchase flow. We use their unique database record id as the RevenueCat appUserID when purchasing a package. Our RevenueCat app is set up to Block Transfers.If I understand this correctly, this means that as long as a user logs in with the right appUserID, they should have the appropriate entitlement everywhere. That includes different devices on iOS, Android, and web that log in with the right app

Is there a reason, why you removed the total revenue chart in the new revenue charts? I know it is shown, when you hover it, but that makes the user experience way worse. We also used a screenshot of this chart to report to our investors. That is not possible anymore. I would suggest, that you bring it back as it was, or give the possibility to at least see it. This change decreased usability in my opinion.

It looks like Introductory Offers is what we want for the first two bullet points since we can automatically apply it in-app at initial purchase time without the customer needing to enter an offer code. Hi,We are looking into using the RevenueCat integration with Stripe to provide our users with a way to purchase subscriptions via our website.I have looked at the RevenueCat docs but it is not clear to me to the ideal way to do this. Should the RevenueCat SDK be embedded in the webpage? This would require the public key to be in clear text on the web - is there an issue with that? I know that it is a public key and is usually embedded in an app, but this is still more secure than having it on a website. Another option is to proxy requests via our own backend? And how would you suggested we list available offerings on a website? The getOfferings API requires an app_user_id however we would like to display offerings on our website homepage before any form of user has been created.Thanks for your helpDanny

We have been prompting different user cohorts to subscribe. To judge the effectiveness of our targeting, we created a different UTM campaign ID for each cohort. All of the these subscriptions are via Stripe. Is there a way for us to breakout subscriptions based on weblink or UTM campaign ID?

I am configuring Offerings in RC to be sold via IAP.  Using app logic I will display one of these Offerings to sell to the user. To set this up I have configured three Offering ID’s: “Lifetime” “50_off” “Annual_Subscription”.  Next I set up three products in App Store (iOS) and 3 products in Play Store (Google). In the RC Dashboard when I Attach the 50_off Product to the 50_off Offering it works for Google but fails to attach the App store product.  After attaching the App Store product I can refresh the Offerings page and see that I now have 2 Products attached to the 50_off Offering but clicking the 2-Product link shows me that only the Google product is attached, not the Apple product that I just tried to attach.  Is the UI broken? Can you help me debug?  This seems to be working differently than maybe a month ago!

Hi, I’m a little confused about the Apple Search Ads attribution page in the docs:https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/apple-search-ads It says that:On iOS 14.5+, you must be running the latest RevenueCat SDK and request authorization via the App Tracking Transparency framework before Apple Search Ads data can be collected by RevenueCat. However, my understanding is that for basic tracking (anonymised) using the new AdServices framework, this isn’t necessary. What’s the latest on this?

I had an initial functioning setup to get offerings and make a purchase.  It worked : I could make a test purchase.The code was in a ‘shop’ page, and I decided to move the RevenueCat initialisation to main.dart as initial entry point.  But maybe this wrong because it screwed everything up, and the app crashed on loading (error below).  So I put it back to what it was.The app now loads and all screens function EXCEPT I am now getting the same error when I open the shop page.  Even though it was working before.*** Assertion failure in +[RCPurchases sharedPurchases](), RCPurchases.m:160*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInternalInconsistencyException', reason: 'There is no singleton instance. Hi everyone,For testing purposes in sandbox mode, I would like to be able to generate a brand new user id, that would not be tied to any purchase, while staying on the same Apple device.The scenario would be this: A tester is logged in with an anonymous user ID, or an alias of one.  The tester makes a bunch of purchases / restore etc. operations. The tester needs to test something else as a brand new user. I noticed that it takes a few seconds to load the purchase screen in iOS after calling `Purchases.purchasePackage` in the React Native package.It also takes several seconds after the user completes the purchase before the receipt is acknowledged and this method returns a result.Is there any mechanism to know which part of the process you’re in?  I’d like to be able to inform the user at first, “Loading . . .” but then change it to “Confirming purchase . . ..”Thanks!!! 

I have a question about how RevenueCat outputs the price fields (price, price_in_purchased_currency) with actions that have proration. I can think of two scenarios where proration comes into effect:Android upgrades with IMMEDIATE_WITH_TIME_PRORATION iOS upgradesWhen these events occur we receive a webhook with details about the change. Does this webhook contain the full price of the new plan, or the prorated price? I am also wondering about the transactions that get exported into S3, but I’m guessing that answer is the same as the webhooks.As an example, say a users is paying $50 per month for a subscription. Half way through the billing period they upgrade to a subscription that is $100 per month. Is the `price` in the webhook going to be $75 (assuming the renewal date remains the same) or $100 (if it reports the full price of the new plan)? Hi,I have integrated revenuecat in my android app, I have the 3 days trial period setup for my app that i want to activate when user starts using the app. And want to show how many days are left for trial expiry time, after trial only i want to ask for the subscription. Is there any options to activate the trial and show the trial expiry status? Thanks in advanced.

Went through this list  and followed all the rules. Everything works fine in debug and I am able to make sandbox purchases. But when it comes to production offerings are empty.Any idea why it’s happening or how can I debug the problem?

Through the Google Play API you can revoke, refund, and cancel a subscription. Through the RevenueCat API you can revoke and refund, not cancel. Is there going to be added support for canceling a subscription?
