As an RC newbie and reading the docs/guides and forums… I see someone at RC thinks that everybody is happy reading 14px fonts.It’s really not great. I don’t need glasses, but the fonts on all the RC web pages are like a mandate that everybody should be in their 20s :) 

Hi,I’m new to RevenueCat and just following the Quick Start for iOS.I tried to add the SDK using the instructions but Xcode could not resolve the dependency (tried Xcode 12.5 and 13 beta 5).It seems that since the new 4.0.0 beta SDK released 2 days ago, Xcode can’t resolve it. It defaults to using 4.0.0 as the minimum version and then fails to resolve it.I have managed to work around this by entering 3.12.4 as the version when adding the dependency, but thought I’d raise this in case (a) I’m doing something wrong (don’t fancy using Beta right now so...), and (b) RC are not aware of the problem.

We are launching a new app that requires users to sign in with their Apple ID (sign in with Apple). Are there any best practices for using the RC purchases SDK in combination with sign in with Apple.  One thing I was wondering was if we should rely on the Apple Identity Token as our User IDs or the anonymous user IDs vended by RC.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated. 

Say I have subscription plans A and B (same level).From entitlement.productIdentifier I detect that a user is, say, subscribed to A. With this information, I keep option B available for a crossgrade, and A disabled and marked as active.When they opt to subscribe to B, A is still active (because it will remain so until the renewal date). The purchase succeeds but do I have the information to communicate the current scenario? I would like to disable B as well, because it is already purchased, and mark it somehow as active starting on certain date. Apparently I don’t have the information to figure out this scenario in PurchaserInfo, do I?

The RC dashboard appears to be able to filter based on products, product duration, etc. However, a Stripe product may have multiple prices. How are we able to determine what stripe product was purchased and the associated price (and duration)?  Should we separate out each price into it’s own product in Stripe?

In my “Cohort” report, when looking at the retention of our yearly subscribers, it shows retention rates above 100% (see attached screenshot). This seems like a good thing...I just need to know what it means.Is this extra people who are resubscribing who have subscribed previously (not a renewal)? Or does anyone know how to interpret that? Maybe I’m completely misinterpreting? Thank you in advance for the help!

I have two plans, same level, different duration (annual and monthly). When I test in sandbox switching from monthly to annual, in Customer History I see the renewal events of the monthly one, then the change of renewal preference to annual, but then it stops renewing on either plan. We’ve had various service accounts set up to access our Google Play Store account for some time and have never had issues.  Though we’ve completed the described steps in your documentation to enable Pub/Sub, the “Connect to Google” button simply presents the “loading state” and then goes back to the “enabled state” after about 15-20 seconds of loading.  No additional data is presented to us.  Below is a screenshot of the console from my browser.  Looks like there is a CORS issue on the site.    

Even though I made a purchase, the membership seems empty. that's why I got a rejection from Review center. At this point I looked at the redirects on the page but it doesn't seem to work.First of all, when I connect it to the ios14 china storekit, everything works correctly through the store kit. Purchases are accurately reflected to RevenueCat. Everything is OK. But things change when I publish the app on TestFlight. We are doing the subscription process, we also get the warning that it has been done successfully. but when we query via RevenueCat right after, we cannot access the membership information. We go and check the revenuecat dashboard, likewise we see that AppUserId is not assigned there. more interestingly, when we try to make a purchase again, we get a warning that you already own this item. Please help

The docs say the following:Cancellations in Stripe are automatically detected by RevenueCat the same way as subscriptions from the app stores. This means there may be up to a two-hour delay between when the subscription is cancelled in Stripe and when the cancellation is reflected in the RevenueCat backend.I cancelled a subscription with Stripe over two hours ago, and the cancellation hasn’t appeared in RevenueCat. Hello!We just launched an update of our app yesterday that uses RevenueCat to manage subscription IAPs. I can see some of the summary information at the top of the dashboard display how many active trials there currently are, along with a revenue summary, etc. But when I click through to view any of the charts, all the data is still empty. I understand that some charts are delayed by 7 days, like the trial start chart, but all the other charts are empty too. Is there a way to import other revenue data related to my app to RevenueCat? For example, say that my app uses affiliate links generating daily revenue to me. It would be nice to see that revenue alongside the revenue generated through in-app purchases etc.

Hello,We noticed that the Google Play API usage by the service credential we have assigned to RevenueCat more than doubled for us over the last few days.It used to be around 2 requests/second till September 4 but after that it has shot up to 4 requests/second peaking at 6 at times. The specific API is androidpublisher.SubscriptionPurchasesService.GetWe haven’t seen anything similar in our other metrics. Can anyone at RevenueCat take a look at this increase?Thanks!

Hi,I am experimenting Webhooks integration for purchases events callbacks in Sandbox environment in AppStore. For every purchase transaction I do, I see that there is an attempt to trigger the Webhook in the Event Details, but I only see Retrying and Failure states. I do not see any logs about attempting the endpoint for any event at the API service level.  In case of Failure, the response does not have any detail to convey the reason for failure. I have tested the endpoint separately using other clients and see that the endpoint is up and running and returns 200 status code. Not sure what is the issue here and where can I find mor
