I have a collaborator who I don't know how he did, but he lost the 2FA application and can't recover the account and doesn't know what he did with the backup codes, I deleted the user from our list of users and when I add him again he continues to leave the Ask for the board to put the code. Is it not possible to delete the user and configure it again?
