What are the best practices to implement offline use-case?One of the main features of our subscription is to use our outdoor app with poor internet reception or no reception with maps and other information downloaded before. can we check the subscription status while the device is offline? what happens when the reception is very bad but not offline, is it still good to call “Purchases.shared.purchaserInfo” or will it make the UI feel non-responsive?

This is the scenario.I develop with Flutter.I have a subscription that is automatically renewed monthly or annually.My app can safely work with all the features even off-line.Of course, to subscribe, you need to be online.But I wonder: if after the first monthly subscription, the user always uses my app off-line (he must of course remember to put the device off-line before using it), how can I check if the subscription has been deleted?Can there be a way?Thanks for any suggestion.

Hi RevCat team and community  Would love some guidance around LTV calculations in the experiments feature. We’ve been doing price testing of two price points for 2+ months now, and every day we check the experiments feature it is different, wild swings between variant A and B. I would have thought now we have been through 2 monthly renewal cycles we would start to see a trend or more signal, but it is different recommendation each day. Is there a recommended time period to run an experiment? Or someone on the RevCat team that can help us analysis the results or setup our experiment differently? Thanks - love the idea behind the feature - just looking for best way to utilize it. Cheers

I am a beginner at revenuecat, i am experiencing a problem, the stats on dashboard page are not correct, the active subscription count on AppStore connect and revenue cat are not correct.Am i doing something wrong?

Hello!We are planning to use the "block restore" configuration on Revenue Cat for our iOS application and wanted to make sure (1) it's the right option for us given our business logic and (2) if we use it, can/should we avoid RC anonymous IDs altogether since we require a user to have an account and thus internal UUID (app user id) in our application before subscribing? We want to have a single source of truth for identifying a user, and to avoid having lots of anonymous IDs and the network calls to RC API that would unnecessarily create them (if possible).1. But the phone I am running the code on is set to Australia for the region of the account. I went to Settings > Account name > Media & Purchases > Country Region > Set to AustraliaAm I doing something wrong here?

There is a way to know if the subscription has expired without doing an operation like Purchases.getPurchaserInfo ()I understand that Purchases.addPurchaserInfoUpdateListener detects when a purchase is made, or whatever but not when a subscription expires.I use Flutter.If you have any advice on how to do it I would be grateful.Thanks

The question is for an iOS app -  My setup is that I am using my backend to give access to “Pro” features through the API and I am using Revenue cat to process the payment. Sign up comes after the purchase is made and it is optional to the user. I want to understand how I should give access from the backend to users who are making a purchase but do not sign up? This approach should also work when the user comes back and restores purchase after uninstalling the app.

We are working through our integration with Revenue Cat for in-app subscriptions.  We’re planning to use webhooks to keep our database up to date with users’ entitlements.  What happens if we add an entitlement to an existing subscription?  Will the webhooks be called for existing users?  If we update the user status with the rest API, will the new entitlements be reflected in that response? Thanks!!

I am fetching products from revenuecat there is no problem with that I can see product details from console and they are correct from Google Play Console but the problem is that (in only Android) when I try to purchase something I am getting following error:```E/[Purchases] - ERROR( 8481): 🤖‼️ Failed to launch billing intent. I have few apps and I would like possibility to share subscriptions between them. So if a user is subscribed in one app they would have possibility to use pro features in other apps as well. Is it possible now with RevenueCat?

I have an app on both App Store and Google Play which offers a free trial for subscription options (monthly/yearly), or a one-time lifetime in-app-purchase. The subscription options both include a free 3 day trial.For the most part, this works just fine. But some users get very upset when they downloaded the app for free and just want to try it for 3 days, but when they are presented with the paywall where they must choose a subscription in order to start the trial, they realise that they can’t actually try it without having a payment method on their Apple/Google account. Even though these users are very few, they are very loud, blasting very negative 1-star reviews. I of course answer them that this is just how App Store/Google Play works, and that we as developers must follow Apples/Googles requirements. This is using the latest Flutter library on Android for subscription products.We have a live app and an Android customer has reported seeing this error.Right now we dump it out to the screen, which isn’t very user friendly. I’m in the process of writing React-Native components that should display the details of a package. For this reason I am interested in knowing which fields are available on a Package object when received via an offering - so that I can model my data correctly. I have looked through the documentation and searched through community posts, but have not found what I’m looking for. Is it not available or have I just not succeeded in searching properly? I think all developers working with RevenueCat would benefit from having some kind of documentation for the shape of packages, offerings, and entitlements - so that we can code without actually accessing these data points in our projects.

As title says, does RevenueCat combine all MRR under the same account to charge a fee when it reaches a limit?

We’re using AWS and our API is behind an API Gateway.  AWS API Gateway provides API key authentication via the `x-api-key` header.  Is there a way to customize the header RevenueCat uses when making webhook calls so that RevenueCat can integrate with APIs in AWS? Thanks a lot!!!Patrick

Hi!I just migrated to RevenueCat and for some reason iOS users show $0 in revenue, any idea why this happening?  

I was told to create a unique identifier for each course. But I have thousands of courses and creating a non-consumable for each unique course(apple id, google id, revenuecat ids, entitlements & offerings) is not optimal. How about I create pre-defined prices like ios: tier1, tier2 These are my consumable products: tier1, tier2, tier3 ...Each course has one of the predefined tier price. After selling the course with tier1 consumable, I’ll add the course id to user’s inventory in my rest service. That way, after the course is sold in one platform, it can be reached by all the platforms because I get my inventory from my rest service.Is this a feasible solution? Will there be any problem in that approach, especially by Apple?

Let’s say I have two products both of which are auto renew subscriptions. Both give the same entitlements. Product A is $10 per monthProduct B is $15 per monthWe offer product A to select customers. Is it possible to migrate a user who has purchased product B to product A? I know I can change the price of product B to match A but I only want to affect this single user. 

We want to export our receipts from apple so that we can import them to a new provider but revenuecat is not responding to any email and we do not know how to proceed now. Any idea?Thank You
