If a customer has auto-renewing subscription, is there a Webhook event dispatched that we can use to notify the customer that their subscription will be renewed and their accounts charged? 

To make diagnosing issues as easy as possible, we are thinking of logging errors (as documented in https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/errors) into Sentry.Our main concern is potentially storing sensitive info like Payment Details, etc. Is this a valid concern? Or are errors guaranteed to be safe to log?

Following the docs and starter project for iOS-SwiftUI its fairly straightforward in implementing purchases in apps.However in StoreKit v1 you are able to switch on the SKPaymentTransaction to get the transactionState:case .purchasing: case .purchased: case .restored: case .failed: case .deferred:This is great as for each product we can get the status when a user is attempting to buy a product.When I was using StoreKit v1, I was able to add an animation to the product when it was in the purchasing state (like the App Store spinner), and then once it had been purchased I was able to disable the button and mark it as “Purchased” instead of the price.I’ve been trying to replicate this with RevenueCat API but cant seem to be able to figure out how to do it - so I’m looking to the community for some help 😅 

Hi all,I´m an app developer using firebase dynamic links to track the attribution and conversion of my web visitors towards my app.Firebase reports clicks and app installs (see bellow) but I haven´t found a way to track how those users are converting into trials and subs.Is there any tool in RevenueCat to track conversion rates for Firebase dynamic links?Thank you,A.

Hi, I received  BILLING_ISSUE and CANCELLATION webhook event when I changed our subscription plan in the Manage Subscription page on iOS. (I changed my plan from monthly to yearly)‘cancel_reason’ in CANCELLATION webhook  is ‘UNKNOWN’.I received a PRODUCT_CHANGE webhook 1 minute after CANCELLATION Why are these webhooks being sent? I'm testing in a sandbox environment.

I have an app defined in the Google Play Store and the goal is to sell subscription. I already have all the products defined in Google Play and Revenuecat. My problem is what to fill in Google Play app price item. Prices are for subscription only. Should I set the price to unpaid? Or paid with zero price?

I get this error when I try redeeming an offer code in a production app. It shows me the screen to enter a offer code and then shows a progress indicator which then leads me to this screen

I would like to run the Revenue Cat demo project on a 2013 Mac running Catalina but receive the error that the nimble package requires Swift tools 5.4.0 and the installed version for Xcode 12.3 (which is the highest version supportable on my hardware) is 5.3.0. XCode 12.5 includes Swift tools 5.4.0 but will not run on Catalina. Is there a workaround for my current hardware?

I decided to start use RevenueCat for my android application (it is using flutter) instead of native in_app_purchase package. I tried to follow your Docs, but I still couldn't find the point I was looking for :( My app provide possibility to buy month/year subscription. I am using purchasePackage method to make a purchase. But as I see in Subscription section in Google Play Market this purchase is not complete. Hi there,I’m not sure if this is even possible, but is there a way of associating some custom data with a product in RevenueCat, so when I load all my products in my app, we have that data returned?An example:We would like a short title, long title and description for each product. The short title is for displaying on buttons where space is limited. The long title and description for an information popup where people can find out more about each subscription option from within the app.Obviously we can hard code that info within the app, or pull it from our own online database, but it would be a lot easier if we could simply add it in RevenueCat so that everything was in one place and we were only pulling data from one source and not having to update the app whenever we made a change to some product information.Based on what I can see in the docs, I don’t think this is possible, but if anyone knows otherwise please shout. I am trying to integrate with SDK to automate free trial ending reminders and more. And I read this post -  But I also notice that RevenueCat allows various SDKs including customer.io and Firebase, which I am using currently. OneSignal seems great, but I am just wondering if customer.io might be better in the long-term.  How are you guys doing it? I would like to learn from those who has implemented similar features.

On the dashboard, there’s a filter for number of total_renewals and can be exported as CSV, but how can that be read from API or webhook?The webhook only sends the data of the action, which is fine. But maybe the get subscriber end point should also send this info back.For now the workaround seems to be to play around with the dates, which is definitely not the best.

I have a new-ish app that launched about 2 months ago. I launched the app without RevenueCat, but added it about a week later. I had done a few thousand installs and trial starts during that period. As a result of adding the RevenueCat SDK late, my early data on the platform is totally messed up (missing data, incorrect subscription retention metrics, etc).Can I simply import all of my purchases (server-side, using app store server notifications which I have stored) and expect RC to handle it seamlessly? This means creating the previously unseen customers, merging the seen customers with their newly received ASSNs, etc. Else, how can I fix the bad data I have for the first week of my app?

I'm using RevenueCat in a Flutter app to manage in-app subscriptions. On iOS, the subscription products load and display correctly when running in debug mode on a real device. However, when I upload the app to TestFlight, the products fail to load — I get an empty list or no products shown at all.

Recently, Google has stopped normally skipping subscriptions to my offer,users have a payment error, although everything is fine with the card. Will everything be better with revenuecat?

Hello, I’ve successfully setup webhooks, and it works if i send test webhook from the dashboard (i receive webhook event payload on my backend). However, from my app (expo react native), I am using a test store (ios for now), and when I make a purchase (purchase is successful and appears on the dashboard transaction list) webhook never triggers? What could be the issue here?
