Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up my app in RevenueCat and encountering an issue when adding the App Store Connect API Key. Whenever I enter the required details (Key ID, Issuer ID, and upload the p8 file), I click “Set,” but nothing happens—the fields just reset without any error message or confirmation. Similarly, when I try to upload the p8 file, it doesn’t populate or seem to register. I’ve double-checked that I’m using the correct key from App Store Connect and ensuring all fields are entered accurately. However, it seems like the data isn’t saving or uploading. Is this a known bug, or could I be missing something in the setup process? Thanks in advance for any help!

hello. im building the app mostly in flutterflow and im hitting the wall . offers are not showing no matter what i do . it was setup about 10 days ago so they should show .What’s implemented FlutterFlow → RevenueCat integration enabled. Android Public SDK key (goog_…) set. iOS Public SDK key (appl_…) set (for later). “Load data after App Launch” enabled. RevenueCat project config. Offering default published. Package $rc_monthly attached to Android product premium_monthly:monthly and iOS product. Entitlement premium mapped to that package. Hosted paywall published (but we’re using purchasePackage).

I am not seeing all sandbox data in revenueCat : if I subscribe a user on a build of my app (and I can see the subscription worked in the Iphone’s sandbox accounts info), sometimes I still can’t see the customer in RevenueCat in Customers > Sandbox Any idea how I can fix this? Best,Jane

I’ve done everything described here and it’s working fine in sandbox but when we published application into app store, the app store version didn’t work, in the logs we got this error:Could not find SKProduct for ( "subscription_30", "subscription_360", "subscription_180") There is a problem with your configuration in App Store Connect. Hello, I configured MagicWeather example (by only changing `appleApiKey` and `ios` bundle name); I also created in-app subscription product in Apple App Store, and configured RevenueCat. Subscription is shown correctly, but it seems transaction never finishes, I am in a loop:  Click on "Change the Weather" opens "paywall" widget with correct price shown, and "terms and conditions" footer. Click on the product item in the list (and I have single product only) will popup iOS username/password screen, "Sign in with Apple ID" After authentication, I can "purchase" chosen product, using iOS "Sandbox" native widget (in my case, clicking "Subscribe" button triggers "Enter password to authorize this transaction") After "purchase" it returns to "paywall" screen, and after few seconds delay it returns back to iOS "purchase product" widget, although I don't click anything. hey folks,we’re facing a bit of a conundrum:On iOS, we offer a 7 day free trial as an introductory offer. However, for some users that come from channel partners we’ve created (iOS 14) offer codes that give users either a 2 week or 1 month free trial. For these offer codes, we’ve set "No, this code will replace the introductory offer”.A few times now, a user who was supposed to use the offer code, instead redeemed the introductory offer 7 day free trial. After they do this, we give them the offer code and when they redeem it, Apple adds the introductory offer 7 day free trial to the 1 month free trial and so they get ~37 day free trial.Is there any way for me to have it change from the 7 day trial to the 1 month free trial instead, instead of going to the 1 week + 1 month?Also, users report that after they redeem the offer code (after initially redeeming the introductory 7 day trial offer), in their Apple ID subscription settings, they see

Hi all,Im trying to get iOS Code Redemption working in flutter and having some issues.So as per the doc (not flutter specific, so following the API doc mixed with the swift example), and I go ahead and call: await Purchases.presentCodeRedemptionSheet();And then….. nothing happens? Is there anything else that needs to be done in the code after the sheet is dismissed to detect that a purchase has been made via the code redemption sheet? It’s really hard to test as this as it seems as though it cant be tested in a simulator or in debug mode on a real device - so I’m doing it ‘live’ and not getting any really good logging.The “Codes” are attached to an App Store IAP that I do have configured in revenuecat / has an entitlement….I’ve tried to re-initialise the purchaserinfo object & check for entitlements again and its still not triggering in the way it should if an entitlement is detected. Running purchase

I am using the webhook system to keep my user's subscription up to date and if there is a BILLING_ERROR I need to set some properties on the User object in my database so that the user is reminded when they sign into the app to fix the billing error.If there is a billing issue the webhook "CANCELLATION" webhook event is sent with the cancel_reason of "BILLING_ERROR".This is all working fine for helping me to alert the user when they have a billing issue but how does my server get notified when the user fixes their billing issue so that I can update my database accordingly?I was looking at the webhooks and it looks like it would be the UNCANCELLATION webhook event but I don't see anywhere in the documentation confirming this??Also would there be a UNCANCELLATION.reason on the event object?Does anyone know if this is the case?

I have been able to identify previous paid users in the iOS version of my Capacitor App using AppTransaction.shared in a  Capacitor plugin I wrote. It works well. I able to keep my previous paid users free and offer subscriptions to new users only.In Android, I understand one can query past purchases using BillingClient.queryPurchases()? Is it possible using the Revenucat Capacitor Purchase Plugin to access this value with Revenuecat?  Currently I identify new users using Firebase Remote Config and “first_user” date, but this is not always accurate when a user updates their device or deletes the App. 

Hello, since today the subscriptions do not work in sandbox! I can get the subscription offers but I can't buy : The receipt is not valid.It's crazy, everything was working yesterday. I even deleted my sandbox user and recreated another one, still the same problem. I also changed the shared secret, but nothing.

For the life of me I cannot figure this out!  I have a year and half of app dev for my app Chip In, everything is tested out perfectly, but this last subscription issue, which is keeping me from going live. I am testing in Sandbox and 100% logging out of my main apple account michael***@gmail.com completely, logging in to the test phone (latest OS) with a new apple test account setup in sandbox test**@chip***.  So 100% the phone is not logged in with this first account.  No matter what I do, it keeps saying receiptAlreadyInUse when I try to make a purchase of one of my two subscriptions setup in apple.   My app connects to PLAID financial and i get billed for daily webhook synchronizing one or more of their banks/credit card accounts.  So I can’t just transfer subscriptions to new IDs

My Mac app is a free download and offers a non-consumable IAP to purchase the full app (using RevenueCat of course). About a third of the time when submitting my app to App Review, the reviewer is unable to complete the purchase: they go through the correct purchase flow but ultimately the IAP never becomes unlocked in their testing sandbox, so the update is rejected.I’ve never experienced this myself in my testing and in production on the App Store, this has never been a problem. However dealing with these rejections are a bit of a nightmare because it’s not clear what the problem is with the reviewer’s sandbox environment, and what I can do on my end to assist.Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

Hello!I am posting here in order to double-check my approach when it comes to creating a market-place and allow sellers to pick an arbitrary price for selling digital products.As such, and that’s as far as my planning has brought me, I came up with a solution where I’d create SKUs and IPAs which represent a particular price-point like:storeIdentifier | price |-----------------|----------|item_0050 | € 0.50 |item_0100 | € 1.00 |item_0150 | € 1.50 |... | |item_9999 | € 99.99 |I do this, because it appears not to be possible to simply define a `store_product` item with a base price of €0.01 (one Euro cent) and then control it using quantity such that users would buy 1000 units of `store_product` to be charged €10.00.As I am working on fully-separate environments, I’d have to replicate these SKUs and IPAs in all environments and mirror all

Hi,In my Flutter app I am using ‘purchases_flutter’ (6.2.0) for IAP and everything is working fine with Google or Apple stores. However Amazon IAP is not working - getting following error when call ‘offerings = await Purchases.getOfferings();’:‘Timeout error trying to get Amazon user data’It seems that error returned from server side, any chance to clarify what can cause this error? I reviewed all configuration on both, RevenueCat and Amazon, everything seems according to docs.

Hei there.We are getting closer and closer to finally launch the app :)But yesterday we found that not all RENEWAL events are send to our server.For one test purchase I got 8 Emails from Google (initial purchase, 6 renewing and cancelling)In the RC Dashboard I only see 3 events for this user, INITIAL_PURCHASE, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION.In a previous test I got 4 events from RC, this time there were 2 RENEWAL events inbetween INITIAL_PURCHASE and CANCELLATION.Why is this happening? And a Bonus question is about the BILLING_ISSUE and the CANCELLATION events. When the subscription ends, like in this case because the user did not pay anymore, shouldn’t there be both events fired? Or do they just show up as one event in the RC dashboard?

 Hey,  Just got the following warning while debugging restore purchase method: allowSharingPlayStoreAccount is set to false and restorePurchases has been called. This will 'alias' any app user id's sharing the same receipt. Are you sure you want to do this? Just wondering what the allowSharingPlayStoreAccount is and if we need to do anything with it? Doesn’t seem to be any mention on the restore purchases docs page.  cheers James 

Hello!I have added a RevenueCat paywall, and on iOS everything works correctly, I see the exact paywall I created in the dashboard.However, on Android the paywall looks completely different: it shows a gradient background, large logo, “Restore purchases” button which is removed, and is missing all the feature texts. Hi,I’ve been seeing a lot of errors in my analytics where no product is returned fromPurchases.shared.productsalthough the provided string identifier is valid. I’ve double checked everything, the product identifier, the app name, the code and RevenueCat’s config as well.This doesn’t happen all the times, since some of our clients are still able to buy the product. Could someone point me towards a possible explanation? Thanks for reading! Sofia

Went through this list  and followed all the rules. Everything works fine in debug and I am able to make sandbox purchases. But when it comes to production offerings are empty.Any idea why it’s happening or how can I debug the problem?

I set up the paywall and successfully bought a subscription. In revenue cat dashboard I can see it being active but i can’t see it in the manage subscription settings on my device.I’m not using a sandbox account as I’m using my own personal device to test and I haven’t logged out from it. But the purchase says that it’s a test one, i guess that’s because i’m installing the app via xcode? Any ideas as to why i can’t see it in the subscriptions list?And also in this post it says that the subscriptions durations are greatly reduced but i see the subscription that i’ve made will be renewed after a year, like normal. Is that because i haven’t made the purchase through a sandbox account? Thank you

I am architecting the backend for a mobile application and despite reading through a lot of documentation posts, I feel I’m going in circles trying to grasp some subtle points and would love to get some answers before committing a lot of development. So I understand the basics of user IDs and anonymous user ids. Our app will ONLY allow users to login (and get an explicit User ID recorded in our database) AFTER a purchase.No problem: users get an anonymous ID, they sign in and we assign them a new, unique App User ID, which we record, and use login() to associate with their RC account. The question happens when the same user logs into a fresh device (or reinstalls). They get a new anonymous ID upon starting up, but then what happens when they “Restore purchases”?My hope is that we would be able to get access to the previously assigned App User ID.
