I followed this guide while watching a YouTube video. I have enabled all the necessary settings, including “Google Play Android Developer API”, “Google Play Developer Reporting API”. Is there a solution to this problem? I'm new to this, so please explain in simple terms where to go and what to do. 

I have an existing app (“Cameras”) with a subscription product and lifetime product that share the same entitlement. I’m creating a new app (“Lenses”) and I want to share subscriptions between them, but not lifetime purchases. I believe I can do this without having to make a new entitlement, and just checking the allPurchasedProductIdentifiers. I am new and am testing this Framwork using weekly, monthly, yearly subscriptions.I have followed the whole document which in great detail indicates how to set up the Apple Store and Google Play.As code I am using the one from the example provided for Flutter developers.With Apple Store everything works, while (with the same code) with Google Play I get the error message: "The requested item is not available for purchase".But in the Google Play store are all "active" subscriptions.In RevenueCat the Entitlements, Offerings, Products are regularly configured.I just can't figure out where I may have gone wrong as I have followed all the steps and am using the code provided as an example. Debug Console:V/AudioManager( 3198): playSoundEffect   effectType: 0  V/AudioManager( 3198): querySoundEffectsEnabled...  I/flutter ( 3198): &&&&&&&&&&&&&am

We need to add some metadata (key-values) to user’s payments. As an example, we’d like to send workspaceId and other key-value parameters along with a payment that user is creating.I understand that there is a Subscriber attributes which offers capturing custom metadata on the user object, however what we need is to attach metadata to individual payments and not users.Anyway to acheive this functionality with RevenueCat APIs?

I am using react-native-purchases-ui. In my code, I have explicitly set displayCloseButton: true when calling the presentPaywallIfNeeded function. The close button is shown successfully on iOS with the teal color. However, on Android, it is not visible at all.  I am using: “expo”: “49.0.17”,"react-native": "0.72.6","react-native-purchases": "7.21.0","react-native-purchases-ui": "7.21.0", See examples:ANDROID Android Paywall (no close button)​​​​iOS 

 It goes something like this:1 - Sign into RC with appID12 - Purchase subscription.3 - Sign out and back in again using appID24 - RC says no subscription active for appID2 and so we present offerings.5 - Purchase fails because (presumably) Play Store thinks we already have an active sub because appID1 bought one using the common PlayStore sign in.I’d like to prohibit sub sharing across different accounts.In order for appID2 to be able to purchase a subscription, another Play Store account needs to be used.What’s the general best practice for dealing with this scenario?Many thanks.

Hi We have an app with subscriptions sold using RevenueCat. When a child in a Google Family Plan try to purchase the subscription they see an “Ask your parent” popup, which I assume RevenueCat is showing? We have 4 parents who cannot find a way to authorise the subscription.Is there something we need to do in RevenueCat or on Google Play to enable them to authorise the subscription?

I have updated the dependencies of purchases_ flutter from 3.4.5 to 3.9.2.But I have an error when I install the pod file.Error is:PurchasesHybridCommon required a higher minimum deployment targetThe error occurs when I try to install the pod files and then install to an iOS device.Can you help me?

Sorry for asking this question here, but we haven’t had much luck over the SDK forum. We are still getting the “The product is not available for purchase” when attempting to subscribe on Android when using the React Native package. Initially I suspected there may be some kind of latency associated with the setup, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Here’s a list of what we’ve checked and the current set up:The app is publicly rolled out on a production track The package name in RevenueCat matches that in our Gradle build The product identifiers match those in Google Play Console The subscriptions are active in Google Play ConsoleSet up on the Google side of things seems to be fine, as the Play Store listing is correctly pulling in our subscription packages. We are playing with the idea of introducing an affiliate program that revolves around using offer codes to track purchases. Very much in the same way that you see podcasts doing it by telling their listeners to enter code “PODCAST” to get 10% off, which in turn allows the company to track sales and measure campaign performance. I know that iOS and Android both have offer codes, but I think this type of thing would require a more custom solution. Has anyone done this before? I know we could easily build our own system that generates codes, and let users enter a code in the app, which we verify, then display alternate pricing and tag the user with the offer code. But then we have to figure out the best way to track sales, retention, life time value, refunds, etc. to determine how to pay affiliates. Would we be able to utilize any of the integrations for this purpose? Has anyone done this in combination with a promotional service like

Hello there,I’m creating multiple whitelabel apps for several platforms, clients etc and would love to use RevenueCat for everything subscription-related. I was checking out the RevenueCat Rest API but it doesn’t seem like I can (fully) create projects, apps and basically everything programatically through the API. Did I look into the wrong place or is there just no support for this? And maybe somebody knows if this is on the roadmap? All the best and thanks!

Hi, I have a very similar issue to  However, my issue is with Stripe, not Apple, so I created a new post. This user https://app.revenuecat.com/activity/4f1862c1/event/3f78f0bd-5bed-4de8-8772-8e4be182707d had a billing issue and cancellation on 2/1. While on Stripe, they had several more events and no cancellation event.payment failed on 2/1. This matches with revcat payment failed again on 2/8. Not found in revcat payment succeeded on 2/12. Not found in revcatNo cancellation

Hello, in my android app using jetpack composed i implemented revenue cat. Everything seems to be ok apart from the fact that the paywall showing is the basic paywall. I have Designed paywall using the V2 of the paywall editor , but the basic paywall is still showing. When clicking on the Continue button in Paywall V2 nothing happens. I think it worked once but after canceled the subscription and removed the customer from revenuecat dashboard I can’t get a new subscription.I have made sure my sandbox user (ios) does not have any active subscription as well.What have I missed? 

Im using the the new Paywall UI library for react native. I have created a paywall with a Spanish localized version. Hello - I’ve tried to summarise our problem as concisely as possible below: Problem: How do we understand promotion code redemption & user behaviour using RevenueCat?Context: We recently ran a promotion using codes generated in App Store Connect. Users who redeemed these codes received two months free on our product. The promotion is now complete and we want to understand what behaviour was like for this cohort. e.g. How many of these users continued with us or did they churn? What’s their LTV? etc.  Details: Within App Store Connect Reporting we can identify users who redeemed a code and see their ‘Subscriber ID’. Within RevenueCat we then have no method of tying users together i.e. there appears to be no common identifier across the two systems for a given user. Additionally it doesn’t appear that promotion codes sync across the two platforms i.e. when viewing an individual customer in RC, I can’t see within their history if they have

I have distributed a bunch of promo codes for my IAPs. When these promo codes are redeemed, they appear as normal purchases in revenue cat console. I can’t tell them apart from actual purchases. Is it possible to discern one from the other in the console?
