help how do i fix this error “ [Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used). ” here are my configurations
We exported all our customer data from the revenue cat customer tab. However under the sections first_seen_at, first_purchase, trial_start_at, etc it lists 13 digit numbers such as 1638562638000. How would we go about converting these timestamps into the date of the day?
Permissions to call subscriptions API is checked as validated, but not the other two.I have gone over the configuration for the service account several times, following your documentation instructions, but never the less I’m stuck. I have also waited several days before refreshing the status again, but it’s the same. I simply don’t know what else to do know except reaching out to you.I’m creating an app for Android with package name biz.codepower.echonotes and RevenueCat App ID app4742cd71c6.
I understand that the currency of the product is handled by the App Store, but when viewing the RevenueCat dashboards, the prices are always converted to USD currently. Is there a way to set the currency displayed in RevenueCat? Thanks,Brent
When I try and delete a product it says “There are transactions in the system using this product.”I’m not sure how to find and remove these transactions. I’m on the free Revenuecat tier at the moment. Do I need to upgrade?
The Revenue Cat pricing plan references MTR: e.g. “Free up to $10k MTR / Plans based on Monthly Tracked Revenue (MTR)”But in the Overview / View Sandbox Data page, there is a metric, MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). What is the difference between MRR and MTR?Where can we find MRR for our account? Thanks.
I am experiencing an issue with my Google Play Store integration. I have successfully configured the service account and uploaded the key as per your documentation. However, the RevenueCat dashboard shows a red "failed" status for "Permissions to call subscriptions API," while the other two APIs are successful. My app is currently live on the Google Play Store, andit seems to be retrieving some subscription information correctly.I have a few questions regarding this issue: Why does this error appear even though the key is uploaded and the service account has the necessary permissions? Is this a common issue, and if so, what could be the root cause? What is the recommended solution? I have already verified the permissions on my Google Play Console and Google Cloud IAM. Could there be a delay in permission propagation? Does RevenueCat consider users who are in their free-trial period as "purchased" users? I am trying to understand if a user in a free trial would be properly reflected
I’ve been seeing a ton of these events come through and they often lead to cancelation and lost revenue. How can I make sure this isn’t due to some misconfiguration in RC or Apple, or my code set up?
Background:I can issue and test Android refunds via the RC dashboard.I can issue and test Stripe refunds via Stripe dashboard (note the difference between refund and cancellations in Stripe!)How do I issue a refund in iOS Sandbox testing?
@ryan You mentioned in this thread : Some developers choose to create multiple RevenueCat apps for different environments of the same bundle ID as well.I just wanted to check - if we want to have a staging setup to go with our apps staging environment that means we can test new products/entitlements/ offerings etc without affecting our Production apps - given the above detail we could effectively just :- Create a new Project (and suffix it’s name with STAGING for example) - Define our apps again using the same bundleids/package names - Setup products/entitlements/ offerings etc and test them independently of our Prod apps because we would have a new unique API keyIs that a valid way to essentially duplicate what we have for a staging setup? Are there any settings we should not re-use from our Prod Project or can it essentially be duplicated?Hope that makes sense, if you need more detail please let me know
Sometimes a user will say they've made a purchase but they don't seem to have access to the content in RevenueCat. What gives? There are several reasons why that might happen, and this article will walk you through what you can do to troubleshoot. If there's no purchases showing in the RevenueCat dashboard it means that either no receipt was sent by that App User ID, or the receipt that was sent didn't contain any purchases. In this case you should:Ask the user to Restore Purchases (or someway trigger the restoreTransactions() SDK method). Restoring will re-sync the current receipt on the device with RevenueCat, and unlock any associated content. There are cases, such as network connectivity failures, where the receipt may never make it to RevenueCat after a purchase. There is automatic retry logic built into the SDK to handle these scenarios, but a manual restore is another way to resend the receipt. Try to confirm with the user that they are logged in with the correct Apple ID/Google
I have followed the instructions as in docs and my revenue account is connected to Google Play service. I have configured the product, entitlements and offer for my product. When I try to integrate the application, it gives an error message.- ERROR: 🤖‼️ Error fetching offerings - PurchasesError(code=ConfigurationError, underlyingErrorMessage=There's a problem with your configuration. There are no products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard for your offerings.I have configured the product, offer and entitlement as described in the documents. How to troubleshoot this problem?
I'm not sure what to do with this point. When I look at the configuration of my apps, they all have Store Status OK with a green dot. I have set both the APIkey and the entitlementsID in the app and I know they are correct. Running on iOS. I'm testing with an app that I've had on the App Store for quite awhile so I'm sure it's in-app purchase is set up correctly. I've got the P8 key file from App Store Connect set up. I'm still getting this message when I try and run the MagicwWeather app to test. ERROR: 😿‼️ There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used). I’m trying to create a Paywall from the RevenueCat dashboard for an existing offering. For the Localization field, I keep getting the following error: Paywall content is required for at least one language. When I select other languages, for example, Japanese, I get the following error: Japanese has an error. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? I cannot create a paywall because of this error.
I want to reset my subscription test and delete a Sandbox Customer. However, even after clicking "Delete" from the Customer details page, the customer does not disappear from the list. When I click on it, an alert says, "No customer found with that App User ID, please note that it's an exact search."How can I completely delete a Customer or reset the entire Sandbox?
Hello and thanks for providing any insight. I am trying to setup a webhooks to my AWS dynamodb to store all events so I can keep them as a backup. I noticed that after resubscribing, multiple of the same webhook is being sent. The only thing that changes is the transaction_id. So in this case, I keep getting the same type “RENEWAL” webhooks every 5 or so minutes. Most recently I counted 7 webhooks including the last one which was type “CANCELLATION” before they stopped. Is there anything I missed? Is it because it is in a Sandbox environment that I get multiple renewal actions from Apple? All webhooks are getting the correct response code 200 and there is a green check mark next to them.
Hi, I an see the 10 latest transactions in the Overview page (https://app.revenuecat.com/overview). How can I see more than 10, and possibly download them in .csv? (via the website or via the API)
Hello, I’ve faced an issue when implementing a view on iOS that allows the user to switch between hour subscriptions plans when testing in sandbox. I have the current set-up for the subscriptions:Only one subscriptions group that is made of 4 subscriptions: A level 1 monthly subscription => entitlement “Premium” A level 1 annual subscription => entitlement “Premium” A level 2 monthly subscription => entitlement “Classic” A level 2 annual subscription => entitlement “Classic”Since all are in the same subscription group, I should be able to only have 1 subscription active at all time. The issue is that the user can manage to get 2 entitlements at the same time for this subscription group. To do so he simply have to:Take the level 2 annual subscription (at this step he unlock the Classic entitlement) Change to the level 2 monthly subscription (I’m still having the annual plan but at the end of the year, I will change to monthly period) Upgrade to the level 1 monthly subscriptio
Your documentation has the following paragraph:If you wanted to add a 'Lifetime Unlock' purchase option to your app, it is recommended to create a new non-consumable IAP, add the product to your offering, and add the product to your entitlement. This works well in many contexts, such as alongside other subscription packages, or just as a standalone package in your offering. We noticed that this scenario breaks when a user requests a refund for this IAP, as RevenueCat treats the Entitlement as unlocked forever. It would be great when there was an option in the dashboard to at least manually remove an Entitlement (maybe I have missed it?)
The total installs and active users displayed on my RevenueCat dashboard overview are way off. I believe it’s at least double the amount of installs, and I would guess the active users count is also around double. It’s been like this for almost a year now, I just haven’t decided to report this until now.Is RevenueCat counting anonymous ids as a user as well? I’ve checked in my code and I'm positive that I'm just identifying the user once when authenticating.Am I the only one experiencing this? Current SDK:react-native-purchases – 3.2.0
The RC dashboard appears to be able to filter based on products, product duration, etc. However, a Stripe product may have multiple prices. How are we able to determine what stripe product was purchased and the associated price (and duration)? Should we separate out each price into it’s own product in Stripe?
Any help truly appreciated - a new app has launched today and the dashboard is looking a little strange. All of the figures don’t match, but mainly the New Customers number is 216 and the Active Subscriptions is only 31… any suggestions as to why? TIA
I am unable to create an In App Purchase Key that meets the validation requirements of RevenueCat. I am following these instructions: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/service-credentials/itunesconnect-app-specific-shared-secret/in-app-purchase-key-configuration Similar to this thread, I have suddenly notified that my In App Purchase Key is no longer valid (despite being valid for the past few months without any alternation this end) I am hitting multiple issues when attempting to (re)generate the key. (1) When I visit AppStoreConnect → Users and Access → Integrations its missing the sidebar (when compared to the RC docomentation). (2) The documentation doesn’t indicate which level of access is needed when generating the key. I’ve assumed “developer”? I see some people in this thread mention it should be App Manager, but the RC staff member suggests it does not matter. (3) The generated key is the wrong format according to RC. It says it must start with SubscriptKey_xxxx.p8 but the do
When designing a RC Paywall, if I use a variable like {{ total_price_and_per_month }} will the dollar sign always be used, or will people in other countries see the price in their currency, with their currency symbol?
Hi there, is there a way to create a filtered customer list based on custom Attributes? We would want to use this in order to create a Customer List filtered through a list of “blacklisted” internal accounts we do not want to count towards our sales and user statistics. If there is another way to make this happen, I would love love to hear some tips and best practices.
