I understand that the currency of the product is handled by the App Store, but when viewing the RevenueCat dashboards, the prices are always converted to USD currently.Is there a way to set the currency displayed in RevenueCat? Thanks,Brent

help how do i fix this error “  [Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).  ”  here are my configurations 

I’ve been seeing a ton of these events come through and they often lead to cancelation and lost revenue. How can I make sure this isn’t due to some misconfiguration in RC or Apple, or my code set up?

I’m currently attempting to upload my In App Purchase key for an app that I’ve had on RevenueCat for over a year but every time I try I get an error: “Credentials Validation: There was a problem validating your credentials.”This has been occuring for multple days. It’s the first time i’ve ever seen this error. There is no documentation on this error so i’m currently blocked from releasing this new version of my app. The actual app itself works and purchasing works -- the issue is that the webhook is not trigged post purchase and I assume not having the In App Purchase key is the issue. All my other apps use the same keys without issue. The credential_validations endpoint returns with the response:  {code: 7233, message: "The requested resource was not found"} so i have no details to go on

Dear all, when looking at graphs – RC starts weeks on sundays. Is there a setting to control that and switch to monday — as it causes discrepancies in our data throughout other services. Thanks a lot. 

You currently do not have analytics endpoints for developers. Do you have plans to add some endpoints for analytics data similar to your Chats dashboard in the future?

I am unable to create an In App Purchase Key that meets the validation requirements of RevenueCat. I am following these instructions: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/service-credentials/itunesconnect-app-specific-shared-secret/in-app-purchase-key-configuration Similar to this thread, I have suddenly notified that my In App Purchase Key is no longer valid (despite being valid for the past few months without any alternation this end) I am hitting multiple issues when attempting to (re)generate the key. (1) When I visit AppStoreConnect → Users and Access → Integrations its missing the sidebar (when compared to the RC docomentation).

The total installs and active users displayed on my RevenueCat dashboard overview are way off. I believe it’s at least double the amount of installs, and I would guess the active users count is also around double.It’s been like this for almost a year now, I just haven’t decided to report this until now.Is RevenueCat counting anonymous ids as a user as well? I’ve checked in my code and I'm positive that I'm just identifying the user once when authenticating.Am I the only one experiencing this? Current SDK:react-native-purchases – 3.2.0

Permissions to call subscriptions API is checked as validated, but not the other two.I have gone over the configuration for the service account several times, following your documentation instructions, but never the less I’m stuck. I have also waited several days before refreshing the status again, but it’s the same. When I refer to the Google RTDN documentation to do the relevant setup, I encountered a problem when proceeding to the second step. Immediately after I selected the preset theme, an error message appeared in the web page's console, at which point the Connect to Google button remained disabled, and I'll post an image of the error below. Of course, I'm sure that each step has been set up correctly according to the documentation. all But I didn't find any answers about it in search engines and community, so any help there? 

When editing a paywall package, if I set a custom color for the package border, say #e17728, and then scroll down to the badge fill background color and also set it to #e17728, the package border color is reverted to the original value, in this case, #cccccc.Steps to reproduce:Open V2 Editor  Select package Set a custom Border: Border color (i.e #cccccc → #e17728) Set a custom Badge Fill: Background color (i.e #cccccc → #e17728) (Step 3’s color is reverted to the default.)Steps 3 & 4 can be reversed with the result being the former color is always reverted to the default value.

I’m trying to create a Paywall from the RevenueCat dashboard for an existing offering. For the Localization field, I keep getting the following error: Paywall content is required for at least one language.  When I select other languages, for example, Japanese, I get the following error: Japanese has an error. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? I cannot create a paywall because of this error.

Your documentation has the following paragraph:If you wanted to add a 'Lifetime Unlock' purchase option to your app, it is recommended to create a new non-consumable IAP, add the product to your offering, and add the product to your entitlement. This works well in many contexts, such as alongside other subscription packages, or just as a standalone package in your offering. We noticed that this scenario breaks when a user requests a refund for this IAP, as RevenueCat treats the Entitlement as unlocked forever.It would be great when there was an option in the dashboard to at least manually remove an Entitlement (maybe I have missed it?)

Hi, I’ve built several RC paywalls. They display correctly on iOS, but not Android. I think this started yesterday during the outage, but the problem persists today. Maybe a part of your system hasn’t refreshed? See attached screenshot. That’s what the paywalls look like on Android. The products are correctly configured in Google Play, the Store Status is Published. The paywall is pulling the correct price. It’s really just the paywall design that’s not rendering. This is happening for several of my paywalls, but here’s an example: New Default (offerId 3231). Name of app is Brightmind Meditation. In the backoffice, it’s nice to be able to look for customers for UserID and email, but as the official documetnation says that the UserID shouldn’t be something easy to guess because security reasons, being able to look for customers by display name would be handy.Right now, we have to look for the user name in our own database, find the email, and then look for the customer by email in your database. But you already have a displayName value for it. Make it searchable please.

Hello, I’ve faced an issue when implementing a view on iOS that allows the user to switch between hour subscriptions plans when testing in sandbox. I have the current set-up for the subscriptions:Only one subscriptions group that is made of 4 subscriptions: A level 1 monthly subscription => entitlement “Premium” A level 1 annual subscription => entitlement “Premium” A level 2 monthly subscription => entitlement “Classic” A level 2 annual subscription => entitlement “Classic”Since all are in the same subscription group, I should be able to only have 1 subscription active at all time. The issue is that the user can manage to get 2 entitlements at the same time for this subscription group.To do so he simply have to:Take the level 2 annual subscription (at this step he unlock the Classic entitlement) Change to the level 2 monthly subscription (I’m

Hei there.I am a bit confused by the number of active subscriptions in the dashboard.There are currently 7 active subscribers, but the dashboard shows 8.It seams that this is because one of the subscribers got their subscription transfered from another subscriber.(Probably because the user logged out from his account and restored the subscription anonimously)I would expect that there are currently only 7 active subscriptions, and not 8, as the subscription was transfered from one user to another.Is this just a bug in the dashboard or are there now really 8 active subscriptions or am I just misunderstanding something? Note: What I am actually trying to do is to refund everybody that purchased the subscription as we are still in a beta test and those user accidentally did the subscription. I was able to refund 7 users, but the dashboard shows that there are 8 active subscription. Thats why I am confused… Thanks,

I read a previous reply what was closed for comments that suggested a Package list but there is no such component.The template picks up my monthly and yearly packages, but I have two lifetime packages that I’d also like to display. Is there a way to have a show all packages button? Or is there some other approach?

We use react native and want a hard paywall.  The issue is a user does the onboarding flow > sees paywall > can swipe down or press “x” and it goes. Even if a user goes off the app then back on, the paywall won’t pop up again.  Is revenuecat paywalls only worth doing for freemium business models? If so this should be highlighted upfront. 

Hi, We have an internal statistics tools which collects various statistics each day, which are then used in various internal reports.I would like to add some data available in RC dashboard to those reports, for example the number of active subscription (ideally per app), and the MRR (ideally per app as well).Is it a way to easily get those informations from RevenueCat? I would probably use the API to get all subscriptions and compute those myself, but it would be much more efficient to use the data calculated by RC. Thanks,

Hi i try to setup my paywall but i keep getting wrierd numbers and can’t figure out what is wrong with this paywall. -.-” I selected my offer when i started my paywall at the top rigth: I clicked on the button that i wanna give my premium subscription to and selected Package and my mothly packaged that i defined before.

When I try and delete a product it says “There are transactions in the system using this product.”I’m not sure how to find and remove these transactions. I’m on the free Revenuecat tier at the moment. Do I need to upgrade? 

Hi there, is there a way to create a filtered customer list based on custom Attributes? We would want to use this in order to create a Customer List filtered through a list of “blacklisted” internal accounts we do not want to count towards our sales and user statistics. If there is another way to make this happen, I would love love to hear some tips and best practices.
