Hi folks,We launched our first mobile app with subscriptions recently, and I’ve been keeping an eye the RevenueCat summary and reports to see how we’re doing. But I’m a little confused about how MRR is calculated, and which number to use for daily reporting.First, I’ve noticed that the MRR number in “Overview” is lower than the current MRR in the MRR chart. In our case, MRR in Overview is currently 6.5% lower than the latest MRR shown in Charts. Is there a reason these numbers don’t agree?Second, your older docs talk about MRR being calculated over a 28-day period, but the current docs no longer say this, and ARR is described as being MRR * 12. Our numbers in Charts confirm this: MRR = ARR * 12. So is MRR now calculated over a period of 365/12=30.42 days? Or is MRR fixed to a whole number of days (maybe 30?) and ARR is just a bit imprecise?Thanks for clarifying!-Abe

Hi!I decided to use the anonymous App User ID and add some reference into attributesThat way I can have IAP without a userlogin demand.In some cases end user want to just have a “nick” or other attribute. But it is impossible to search for the user using attributes. Could I suggest that search get a “attr” keyword addon?For example, if you search for; attr:secretstuff:infoaboutsomeone it will search for only attrib “secretstuff” and “infoaboutsomeone” as search text. I wonder also if it is not possible to search for order numbers, google for instances use GPA.3348-7181-1798-xxxxx number, that exists in the “transaction_id” for each event detail. Apple in same way too. Since the data exists, it could be straight forward adding that? Last feature request:I miss a “read attribute” feature in the SDK, so I can read these parameters without using a webhook and another third party to store that again. 

We’re getting a sudden influx of cancellation webhook calls after we introduce a new pricing model.It has 7-days free trial period and then monthly subscription.What events should be triggered given this user story:User starts a free trial Free trial ends after a week User chooses not to go on with the planI think events trigger like the following: `INITIAL_PURCHASE` → `CANCELLATION`. Is it correct? If FTE does not trigger `CANCELLATION` event, we can’t explain cancellation increase. Additional Question:Also in revenue cat charts, do active subscription contains trial users? Or active subscription chart and active trial chart are not related to each other? 

Hello,We noticed that one of our players was supposed to covert from a trial to a paid monthly subscription, but it shows that a billing error was encountered, so the subscription was cancelled. However, RevCat still shows that the player was given another full month and that it will renew again next month. We were expecting the subscription date to be rolled back, since there was a billing error. And we’ve also not allowed any grace periods through the Google/Apple dashboards.Is there a way to confirm a billing error was in fact encountered? It looks like their total spent at the top says $10, which would include the failed conversion from a trial, so I’m not sure if their purchase did actually go through, but then a different error happened afterwards? If the charge didn’t actually go through, is there a way we can roll back the

Hi, I have some users with email addresses and also some with keywords.When I create a custom customer list with the logic ‘Email is not null’ or ‘Keyword is not null’ the filter does not pick up all instances of keywords and returns nil for emails. Any tips or workarounds for this?Thanks so much

I get this error when deleting my products. “There are transactions in the system using this product.”Currently the products are not in any entitlemnts or offerings. I saw in the community that I need to delete sandbox customers, but when I press the delete sandbox customers button, no sandbox customers are deleted.

Is there a way to define a report (list) or a chart that shows the expected revenue in some time period?For example, I can get a report of all the current active customers with a positive auto renew intent, which are expected to renew next month. However I’d like to calculate also the expected revenue of those customers, based on the current status of auto-renew. Is that possible? Thanks

ContextFor subscriptions, we have bothA Node.js webhook that updates subscription info for a user in our database. iOS code fetching the latest purchase info with the revenue cat API. This code checks the user’s expiration date on start up. Ideally, we can remove the iOS code and just rely on the webhook, but this is not acceptable as explained below... I’ve been trying to configure one of the new paywalls in my app but I keep getting the message that the offering has no configured paywall. find a simulator screenshot with the error message I keep getting. I think I’ve done everything the way I’m supposed to.

What filters do I need in a customer list?

I successfully managed to integrate RevenueCat into my app for subscriptions and now I’m concerned that maybe it was too easy and I forgot to do something!!  I’ve been trying to find information about this and I cannot see that this is happening very often to others.My first trial subscription started 8 days ago now (free trial period is 7 days).  Yesterday I waited for it to convert into my first subscription as I haven’t seen any cancellations and the end of the trial came and went with nothing.  About 30 minutes after it was supposed to be converted, a new event came in of “SUBSCRIPTION_EXTENDED” - my understanding is that this is an internal RevenueCat event that happens if nothing else happens.When I check the Google Play console, it just says “Payment Pending” - “Order received. Google is the merchant of record for this transaction.”.  Nothing else - it doesn’t appear that Google has tried to charge them or that they have done any fraud checks which would delay t

We have been prompting different user cohorts to subscribe. To judge the effectiveness of our targeting, we created a different UTM campaign ID for each cohort. All of the these subscriptions are via Stripe. Is there a way for us to breakout subscriptions based on weblink or UTM campaign ID?

Hi. I granted a sandbox user access to an entitlement, but I see this action only on on the “Overview” (“Sandbox data” disabled) tab.Going to tab “Customers” > “Sandbox”, I see an older grant in the “Last Purchase”, but not the last one.Analyzing the “Customer Profile”, I also don’t see my last grant.What do I miss?

I’m researching different ways to do our next feature and I have some doubts about if RevenueCat can handle the following use case: We want to build a cashback feature with certain rules based on the app usage of the user in a given period of time. To be able to do that we need to know all the payments received in a given period of time to be able to calculate the amount of money to cashback and to whom.Is there a way to easily do that with RevenueCat? An example flow that might be enough: Every first of the month, we can download a .csv file with a list of events occurred in a given period (past month) including: userId - amount ($) - event (renewal/initial_purchase) - timestamp - duration (monthly, annual) - productId 

Hi,I am integrating webhooks in out AWS backend application. I am wondering if webhooks can use HTTP? Seems that webhooks seem to work only with SSL certificate.Is there a best practices section for webhook implementation? I haven't found it and it could be a great resource for us. Thanks for any help.

Hi,We Would like to see the differences on the graph (trials, revenue, churn, etc) for our App that’s on the AppStore for iOS/iPad and AppStore for macOS.The bundle id are the same and the in app purchases are also the same.Revenuecat already report Last Seen Platform Version but of course this is the last, it changes and is nor possible to make reports.How to know where the leads are being originated?

This is driving me crazy because there is a corrupted user in my sandbox environment and I can’t continue working without deleting it. But deleting it doesn’t work because it’s cached for a few hours. We REALLY need a way to be able to completely delete a user in sandbox environment along with clearing the cache.

My iOS app has a monthly and annual subscription offering, with the monthly price set to $8/month and the annual set to a much more affordable $30/year ($2.5/month). As such, I expect my “retention” for the monthly product to be low, with users deciding within a couple months whether they either want to “Upgrade to Annual” or “Cancel” their subscription.I know from RevenueCat’s charts that my retention rate for the Monthly product is roughly 2 months; is it possible to understand what percent of these “churned monthly subscribers” are cancelling their subscriptions completely, and what percent are upgrading to annual?Ultimately I am trying to assess what the true “LTV per paying customer” is for users who initially sign up for the monthly IAP but then upgrade to the annual.

Dear all, when looking at graphs – RC starts weeks on sundays. Is there a setting to control that and switch to monday — as it causes discrepancies in our data throughout other services. Thanks a lot.
