Hello, I am new to revenuecat, so I'm sorry in advance if this is a very basic question.The issue I am facing is this:1)  when I am in the create paywall view and have selected a design, after selecting an offering.2) I do not understand how to get the prices that are defined in the AppStoreConnect to show up in the corresponding offering in the Paywall.I have successfully created Products with the Status being Ready to submit. The offerings and Entitlements are also created without any issue.The big issue is when I am in the paywall editor and use Variables to show the price, the price being shown in the design is NOT my Store Price. Is this expected? Will I see the dummy RC values for prices and NOT the real prices from AppStore in the Paywall editor? 

Hi,I'm creating a purchase history in one of my apps, I would like to use the RevenueCat transaction ID to trace the specific transaction to provide customer support.The problem is that this ID is not shown anywhere in the dashboard, not even in the details of individual purchases.How can I view it?

The documentation includes sample queries for revenue, active trials, and active subscriptions but there are no sample query for churn. How to determine churn as shown in charts? And how to determine the active subscriptions per day that shows a deduction when a user unsubscribes?

 The Trial Conversion chart is comprised of these statuses. Is there known logic to replicate these buckets with the data from the /subscribers/ endpoint? I’d like to be able to replicate these states at the database level for internal reporting.

Hello! I am using RevenueCat in my React Native app. I have recently started using the custom attribute and targeting features to dynamically show different offering options to subsets of users. I would like to periodically run a reconciliation between RevenueCat and my own backend to make sure that the attributes set on users in RevenueCat are correct, according to data stored in my database. I’m unsure of how I can export custom attribute values for all users in the RevenueCat ecosystem. Things I’ve considered:Scheduled data exports - this seems to be driven by transactions, so users who haven’t made a purchase wouldn’t be included, and if a user’s attributes have changed from the time they last made a purchase, this wouldn’t be reflected. I want to reset my subscription test and delete a Sandbox Customer. However, even after clicking "Delete" from the Customer details page, the customer does not disappear from the list. When I click on it, an alert says, "No customer found with that App User ID, please note that it's an exact search."How can I completely delete a Customer or reset the entire Sandbox?

I made my paywall from a template and it worked normally in my expo dev build on my phone. I was tweaking it little by little and publishing changes while checking the disign updates on my phone. But after making the last edit i cant publish the paywall, It says Paywall valifation error but i bare changed anything big. i only changed some font, border sizings and maybe some colors. It doesnt even show where the errors are. Ichecked every component and everything is fine. I also tried duplicating the paywall and now it gives me an Internal server error. Has anyone ever encountered this?   

I am building a Tip jar in my App which I have configured as a Consumable In App Purchase (IAP) on App Store Connect.At present I have added those consumable IAP as products in my Revenue Cat dashboard with associated product IDAfter going through the docs as well as online tutorials most of them focus on Subscriptions which should be packaged as offers.Even the API that I am using to fetch the products in my app points me in the direction to use offers instead.So I am a bit confused, should I be using offers with each IAP being a separate offer ? or should I continue using my current setup of 3 products with no offers & entitlement  ?

The Revenue Cat pricing plan references MTR: e.g. “Free up to $10k MTR /  Plans based on Monthly Tracked Revenue (MTR)”But in the Overview / View Sandbox Data page, there is a metric, MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).What is the difference between MRR and MTR?Where can we find MRR for our account?Thanks.

What filters do I need in a customer list?

I’m trying to export transaction data on a per transaction basis, rather than per user. I’m using a Customer List to do this.For example, I’d like each row to be a transaction by date (user ID, purchase date, amount paid, product name, etc.), whereas the current export shows each row as a single customer.

Hi all,We’ve noticed a strange issue and wonder if anyone has experienced the same:Some INITIAL_PURCHASE events show up correctly in the Customers tab — we can see them in the user’s event list and also receive them via webhook. However, these same purchases do not appear in the Charts.We're using anonymous IDs only (no custom user IDs or aliasing at this point), and these are real production purchases, not sandbox.Has anyone faced similar discrepancies?Any tips on how to debug why a purchase would be visible in a customer’s profile but not reflected in revenue charts?Thanks in advance!

We have been using RevenueCat for close to 5 years now, so really would love to know what LTV/paying customer is over that period but the prediction explorer currently limited to 24 months of data.   

Hi there, seems like the Payments that are made from the RevenueCat that are shown in the Dashboard are in the UTC timezone, which makes the whole process seemingly annoying as I’ve to check it each time. Is there any way in the account settings where I could change the timezone atleast during development purposes?

Hi, I’m facing an issue in my React Native app when displaying the paywall in production using <RevenueCatUI.Paywall />This started happening randomly since yesterday. Didn’t changed anything. After that, the UI doesn’t show up  $rc_annual, and only $rc_monthly . In Paywall Dashboard it shows me correct UI with both rc_annual and $rc_monthly also works fine in Sandbox mode but in production it shows me only rc_monthly Earlier it used to work fine in production. How can I properly link my new annual base plan so that it appears in the subscription Offering and resolves this error?Thanks in advance!

I have an app where it’s common for users to create multiple accounts. While this is a bigger issue we need to solve, this sometimes leaves our paid users unable to access their paid features - even after reconnecting their subscription to App Store in some cases.Right now we have several options for granting paid feature entitlements (e.g. 1 week; 3-months; 1-year; etc.). However, I would like to be able to set a very specific number of days to their entitlement to match the actual duration of their contract that they are struggle to connect to.For instance: if they have 290 days left on their subscription, I would like to be able to grant that exact number of days rather than 6-months or 1-year. The issue with not having that level of specificity is that since their subscription doesn’t match what they will be billed, we have to tell them to churn and hopefully resubscribe later on.Anyone know if this is possible?

We want to compare our users in our database and make sure every user has a corresponding Revenuecat record.Currently, we have team members manually running the data export job from Revenuecat and comparing user IDs from a data dump of our database. We are wanting to automate this process.Comparing the v1 and v2 REST API endpoints available, I do not see a good way to get a list of customers that exist in Revenuecat. How can I search for a user, by my custom App User ID, which gets set after user logs in?  

 There are ‘price_per_period’ options for original & 1st offer price,but not for secondary offer. It is really needed, because I set my offerings in Google Play like this:7-day Free Trial (1st offer) 1st Year 50% discount (2nd offer) And then original price In this case, 1st offer price is of course Free ($0), which is unnecessary.But for 2nd offer, there’s no variable for ‘price_per_month’, so the price in blue rectangle could not be presented with 2nd offer's ‘price_per_month’ p

Hey, my app is available only on iOS and android. I’m using unity SDK. Since a few days now, I have a increasing number of users (up to 30% some days and some of them are paying users) that are flagged “other” when looking at the new customer chart in the revenue cat dashboard when segmented by “platform”.  When looking at some these users data, they seem to be actually using an iOS or android device. This absence of attributed platform is also seen in the extracts. Not sure why this is happening more and more these days.
