Hi,I’ve been exploring RevenueCat Funnels, and the feature looks really promising.However, I’m not sure how to handle branching the flow based on the user’s state.As part of my funnel, I include authentication. I redirect users to my app where they can sign in or sign up, and then I send them back to the funnel.What I’d like to achieve is showing different steps depending on the user type:Newly registered users Existing users who already have an account but haven’t purchased a subscription yetFor each group, I want to display different content. For new users, I’d like to introduce the app in general + show subscription benefits. For existing users without a subscription, I want to focus more on subscription benefits.When redirecting users back to the funnel, I could include a query parameter like ?new_user={true|false}, along with state and app_user_id. I created my paywall in the paywall builder. Initially, before connecting to the appstore and when I had no offerings it was fine. After I connected, and when I tried to publish there were 3 errors regarding packages not supposed to be empty, I then clicked on the error message which resulted in it taking me directly to the package that was affected. I then repeated this for the other errors and clicked publish. However, now it shows me in the paywall creation UI it shows me the correct one until I click/select on the package - where it reverts to its original template state as it was added as a component. It isnt only a paywall creation UI glitch as it has resulted in some of the default template being displayed on the paywall on device (I used the revcat mobile app to check). I have tried changing colours, text saving them and then republishing but nothing works and it seems it has forced the template to show no matter what. I believe the issue may have been cause

Hi team,I’m trying to set up one-time products within the Android version of my app. I’ve set up the product (with a product id + purchase option in the Google Play Console), but the product simply will not import or show up as “Published” within my RevenueCat product catalog.This worked just fine with iOS and I ran into no issues. Only seeing this for Android, could be related to some of the recent changes Android made with one-time products? I’m using RevenueCat with React Native using Expo.

when i am adding a sale countdown timer then if i set the target date then i am getting error paywall validation failed. 

Hello,We have not launched/ pushed to production yet, but I had regarding the Charts.  We are not seeing any data come through at all from our testing, is this normal in the Sandbox environment? We do see some data come through on the Overview, just nothing in charts.  Any ideas?

Hi team,I try to open my existing paywall, but it won’t load, and multiple pages of the revenuecat site show this error, even after page refresh, cleared cache, log out log in again, tried with a different browser. please help!

First off, I have read everything in this thread and was not able to resolve my issue.My user count (both “Active Users” and “New Customers”) counts on the RevenueCat dashboard appear to be roughly double the actual count as I am tracking it internally within my app. I am using anonymous user IDs. My app is pretty basic and all I do is call Purchases.configure once on app launch -- my understanding is that this is where the unique customer is either created or retrieved but I’m not exactly clear on the logic here or how it happens.Anyway I’m using React Native and so I call .configure() in the export default function App() { … } function. I have also added logs and searched my entire code base to confirm that this is the only call and that it only gets called once during usage of the app.

I noticed that fields like User country, Last seen app version, Last seen platform and several others recently disappeared from Customer Details page.Any reason for this?Any way to get it back?Saved me a lot of time and effort

Hello and thanks for providing any insight. I am trying to setup a webhooks to my AWS dynamodb to store all events so I can keep them as a backup. I noticed that after resubscribing, multiple of the same webhook is being sent.  The only thing that changes is the transaction_id. So in this case, I keep getting the same type “RENEWAL” webhooks every 5 or so minutes.  Most recently I counted 7 webhooks including the last one which was type “CANCELLATION” before they stopped.  Is there anything I missed?  Is it because it is in a Sandbox environment that I get multiple renewal actions from Apple? All webhooks are getting the correct response code 200 and there is a green check mark next to them.

When we open Products page app.revenuecat.com/projects/PROJECT_ID/products, it only reveals the first 1000 products.On this page this call to internal API happens api.revenuecat.com/internal/v1/developers/me/projects/PROJECT_ID/products. Seems like there is a limit (1000). In our case we have more than 1000 products across many of our apps (76) inside one project. Any suggestions on what we could do with this? Maybe there is a way to paginate the results of this API call?

Hi,We Would like to see the differences on the graph (trials, revenue, churn, etc) for our App that’s on the AppStore for iOS/iPad and AppStore for macOS.The bundle id are the same and the in app purchases are also the same.Revenuecat already report Last Seen Platform Version but of course this is the last, it changes and is nor possible to make reports.How to know where the leads are being originated?

Hi folks,We launched our first mobile app with subscriptions recently, and I’ve been keeping an eye the RevenueCat summary and reports to see how we’re doing. But I’m a little confused about how MRR is calculated, and which number to use for daily reporting.First, I’ve noticed that the MRR number in “Overview” is lower than the current MRR in the MRR chart. In our case, MRR in Overview is currently 6.5% lower than the latest MRR shown in Charts. Is there a reason these numbers don’t agree?Second, your older docs talk about MRR being calculated over a 28-day period, but the current docs no longer say this, and ARR is described as being MRR * 12. Our numbers in Charts confirm this: MRR = ARR * 12. So is MRR now calculated over a period of 365/12=30.42 days? Or is MRR fixed to a whole number of days (maybe 30?) and ARR is just a bit imprecise?Thanks for clarifying!-Abe

I just migrated my in-app purchases on the Play Console to the new one-time purchase system, and payments on RevenueCat seem to work fine so far. However, after changing the price of the legacy-base purchase option (automatically created by Play upon migration) has no effect on the price shown in my RevenueCat Paywall. Clicking the purchase button does bring up the correct Google Play purchase popup and it shows the correct price, but the price in the Paywall remains unchanged.Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to add the new one-time products in the revenuecat dashboard, which I thought would be the way to solve this problem. I appreciate any help!Thanks in advance.

The filter for Last Seen App ID using either contains or does not contain seems to be broken. For example, I am trying to filter non-anonymous IDs using Last Seen App ID does not contain “$RCAnonymousID”. All customers are shown. Similarly, using contains returns no customers.

For the love of God….. Please stop changing the UI of the dashboard - EVERY 6 MONTHS!I was used to the previous design - it was totally usable and clear. Now - it is a regression! I cannot find ANYTHING in it, it is totally misleading and counter-intuitive!STOPCHANGINGTHEUIEVERYSIXMONTHS

I don’t care for the spacing in the paywall template I’m using. I’d like to move a component up, but I can’t figure out how to do it. Is there a way?

Hello, I’m trying to see the number of renewals for our Yearly plan happening each month but can't find this in the Charts section. When I look at our Yearly renewal revenue in a given month and divide it by the Yearly renewals in that month from the Subscription Retention chart, I see a subscription price that is much higher what it should be. This suggests that there are Yearly renewals happening each month that are not contained within the Subscription Retention chart. My guess is these are upgrades from our monthly plan or other non-standard renewals? Is it possible to see the all Yearly renewals happening each month in RevenueCat? Thanks!

I’m testing my live purchases in the App Store before public announcement of the product. I’m probably misunderstanding but “Conversion to paying” chart shows zero conversion, even though I installed the app and paid for a real subscription myself yesterday. The subscription shows up correctly, but it shows zero conversions. Why?  

Hi!The docs (https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/apple-server-notifications) mention the step “Scroll to the App Store configuration section, and copy the entire URL provided under Apple Server Notification URL [in the RevenueCat dashboard]”. However, I don’t see that section at all. Is there anything I can do to make this section show up?

I've been trying to update the text in Paywall V2, but the editor doesn’t work in any of the browsers I’ve tested. I’ve tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Brave, and Arc — the issue persists across all of them. I'm unable to edit the text or styles at all.Even when I duplicate components, they appear on the paywall, but I still can't modify the styles or label text.Can someone help me with this? I need to update my paywall content.

Hello there, I can't seem to change the "Handle of refund requests" in any of my iOS apps anymore - not event the ones I did change in the past - they are all "greyed out"  Does anybody notice this as well? I would appreciate any pointersCheers

Congrats on the launch of the new Customer Center beta! It looks very cool.I’m excited about the promotional offer support, but I’m confused: it looks like we can only configure a single iOS promo offer ID per case (cancel vs. refund).But I thought that iOS promo offers were attached to specific subscriptions (plans/products)? So wouldn’t we need to be able to specify different promo offers depending on the specific plan/product the user is on? (Or the ability to specify an Apple product ID too?)Thanks!

The Paywall Editor seems to have a bug right now where I can’t re-arrange elements by dragging the handle of the element on the left side. Is there any workaround to move things around?

I am configuring Offerings in RC to be sold via IAP.  Using app logic I will display one of these Offerings to sell to the user. To set this up I have configured three Offering ID’s: “Lifetime” “50_off” “Annual_Subscription”.  Next I set up three products in App Store (iOS) and 3 products in Play Store (Google). In the RC Dashboard when I Attach the 50_off Product to the 50_off Offering it works for Google but fails to attach the App store product.  After attaching the App Store product I can refresh the Offerings page and see that I now have 2 Products attached to the 50_off Offering but clicking the 2-Product link shows me that only the Google product is attached, not the Apple product that I just tried to attach.  Is the UI broken? Can you help me debug?  This seems to be working differently than maybe a month ago!
