I’m currently facing an issue where there’s a noticeable difference between the data displayed in my dashboard and the RevenueCat dashboard. Specifically, the metrics (e.g., revenue, subscriptions, subscriber) don’t seem to align, and I’m unsure what might be causing this discrepancy.I used the RevenueCat API to create my dashboard

I am in the process of implementing the RevenueCat SDK and everything seems to be working well, except I am seeing 30+ ‘New Customers’ displayed on my dashboard. Only I am using any version of the app with the SDK implemented, and I have only been testing with two accounts. If I visit the ‘customers’ area, I only see the two expected Sandbox accounts and nothing else.Why is the New Customers count on the dashboard out of sync with the Customers reports, and why would it be so unexpectedly high?Update: I am currently testing logging in and out of different accounts (my accounts, not Apple IDs) and restoring transactions (resulting in transfer events). I see  anonymous RC accounts being created in the webhook event. Presumably that is the reason for the count increasing? Am I doing something wrong to generate so many anonymous accounts?

Hello, I have a problem with changing renewal preference of my subscriptions, it was just working yesterday but now it shows that subscription I wanted to changed to is bought and subscription I wanted changed from is set as a new renewal preference.So to explain it more clearly:I have now “subscription_month” want to change to “subscription_year” when I click to buy it it show correctly native android message that you will change from “subscription_month” to “subscription_year”.But when I go to revenuecat I see “Started a subscription of  subscription_year” Changed their renewal preference to  “subscription_month”Don’t know why this happen I checked and it gives correct sku in UpgradeInfo I am taking it from “purchaserInfo.activeSubscriptions[0]”. As I said it was working just yesterday so I have no idea what could have changed.

Hi, I’m wondering how my app's MRR is affected by purchases made using an iOS promotional offer.I have a subscription that I sell discounted for $17, which after one year renews into a $35 subscription.During the first year of the subscription - is my MRR increased with the subscription's full price ($35/12), or by the discounted amount ($17/12)?Is there any view where I can visualize (prove) how the MRR is increased from a purchase?

Hey Everyone, I have a customer that not exist on my backend at all, does not exist on the dashboard at all (neither production or sandbox) but he is still able to login into my paid app… Can someone please tell me what on earth is going on? The documentation includes sample queries for revenue, active trials, and active subscriptions but there are no sample query for churn. How to determine churn as shown in charts? And how to determine the active subscriptions per day that shows a deduction when a user unsubscribes?

I am currently not receiving any push notifications on my iphone when a user is purchasing something in my app.I confirmed in the IPhone settings as well as within the RevenueCat app that RevenueCat is allowed to send notifications. Any idea why I wouldn’t be notified about a transaction?Thanks!

Hi,When I tried to create a new App Store app, I’m getting “Account permissions are invalid for this request.” when I tap “Save Changes” button. This account is owner of the project.Anyone else encountered the same problem?  

I have an app where it’s common for users to create multiple accounts. While this is a bigger issue we need to solve, this sometimes leaves our paid users unable to access their paid features - even after reconnecting their subscription to App Store in some cases.Right now we have several options for granting paid feature entitlements (e.g. 1 week; 3-months; 1-year; etc.). However, I would like to be able to set a very specific number of days to their entitlement to match the actual duration of their contract that they are struggle to connect to.For instance: if they have 290 days left on their subscription, I would like to be able to grant that exact number of days rather than 6-months or 1-year. The issue with not having that level of specificity is that since their subscription doesn’t match what they will be billed, we have to tell them to churn and hopefully resubscribe later on.Anyone know if this is possible?

I have everything up to date one App Store Connect and i am still getting Invalid Product Identifiers.I checked on the Revenue Cat Account i have 1 product with the right identifier associated with an entitlement.Not Sure what’s is missing. Appreciated for any help.

It’s kinda of a joke to me that I can’t put the charts in my timezone. Image that I want to compare my Ad Spend in Google Ads, to acquired users in RevenueCat for a particular day. Since Google Ads has the engineering talent to put charts in my timezone, it becomes rather difficult to compare it to RevenueCat charts that can only handle UTC. 

i cannot find the place in revenucat to see how many sales are on android and how many sales are in IOS. 

 Hey,I want to A/B test two paywalls with different prices, but the Experiment only lets me change the Offering, not the paywall — it always uses the default one.I tried duplicating the paywall, but I can't assign a different one in the Experiment.Any way to A/B test both paywall and pricing properly?Thanks!

Hi,Is there a way to see a sum up of the purchase history of a customer? Like how many renewal until now, when was the initial purchase, and details like that?I know there’s a list of the history, but then it’s hard to tell how many renewal until now, and when was the initial purchase that generated all those renewals and revenue, and so on. Thanks

Is there any way to see a chart that includes Active Subscriptions AND Promotional Status over time? 

I’d love to segment certain charts by offering to analyse conversion rates. Right now I can filter by offering, but it’s tedious when I want to see a side-by-side comparison. Initial conversion, conversion to paying, trial conversion are the charts I’d be most interested in.

I would like to be able to test free trials using test store.I can’t see an option for that, is that planned?

Hi there, seems like the Payments that are made from the RevenueCat that are shown in the Dashboard are in the UTC timezone, which makes the whole process seemingly annoying as I’ve to check it each time. Is there any way in the account settings where I could change the timezone atleast during development purposes?

RevenueCat portal missing some transactions although transaction are completed and showing in play console.

Hi, I have 2 packages to offer: Starter, Premium.I have multiple offering that I’d like to display, based on the user sub.Free User will get Offering A, which has Starter Plan or Premium Plan.Starter Users will get Offering B, which has Starter->Premium special offer. I have a few placements in my app, where I want to display the right offering based on the user’s current subscription, but I don’t see any attribute in the Targeting which I can relay on as user entitlement/subscription. What’s the best way to do it, if possible at all?

I’m using a footer paywall:struct Paywall: View { var body: some View { ScrollView { VStack { … } } .paywallFooter() }}However, by doing so, it seems that there is no way to use the “presentPaywallIfNeeded” method, and that I would have to re-implement the logic myself. Is this correct?

Hi,I am adding a feature to my app and I need to have the list of users who have subscribed to an in app subscription. Is there a revenuecat API that allows you to have this information?Regards 

While preparing my app for publishing on Google Play, I noticed that the Play Console requires paywalls to clearly display information about subscription auto-renewal and how users can manage or cancel their subscription.However, I couldn’t find any fields in the RevenueCat Paywall UI editor to add this required information directly. I want to make sure my app is compliant and avoid potential rejection.Would adding this info in the “Footer Link” > Terms of Service URL be sufficient for Play Console reviewers?Or is there another recommended way to include this content in the paywall?Here is my paywall UI; Also, one small extra question:On my paywall, the monthly subscription option shows a "%37 off"

I am looking at two charts to find the correct number for New Subscribers on a monthly base.1. “Subscription Retention” which shows me the New Susbcribers as a base for retention on a monthly base.2. “New Paid Subscriptions” with a monthly breakdown and total SumThe charts show me different numbers (10-20% difference)Does anybody know why?
