Hi RevenueCat team, I’m trying to delete a product from our project, but I’m seeing the following error: “There are transactions in the system using this product.” The product ID in question is: com.predictwind.AnchorAlert.12months This product:  Is not attached to any entitlement Is not included in any offering Was likely used for testing or was previously active but is no longer in use   Since I don’t have any current references to this product, I’d like to either:  Remove it completely from our dashboard, or Get a list of app_user_ids or transactions still tied to it so I can understand what’s preventing deletion.   Can you assist with identifying what’s block

I’m looking for a way to track the number of users that cross-grade from a higher priced plan to a cheaper plan we’re introducing to figure out potential cannibalization. Is that something that RC can help with / reports on?  This question is related to but not exactly the same as 

In subscription retention chart, I found the increase of subscribers count compared to previous month.As you can see the screenshot below, the number of subscribers who continues for 5 months is 4. But the one who continues for 6 months increases to 5. What happened here?I expect the number of subscribers is only decreasing, never increase.Thank you for any help in advance. 

Is there a way in RevenueCat to see my monthly or weekly revenue growth rate as a percentage? E.g. if I made $100 January, $110 in February, and $121 in March, I would expect to see the chart flat at 10% monthly growth. If not, do you think that would be useful? I’d love to see it. 

As we continue to promote and market our app, we’ve been seeing an increasing number of subscribers, yet the MRR seems to be going down slightly.Our churn rate is low, we’ve had days without any churn, and increasing subscriptions, yet MRR went down We have both monthly and annual offerings Our main market is not based in USD, are exchange rates taken into consideration at any point?We want to clarify this calculation so our marketing and growth team have better tools to make decisions.

I’m exporting data to try and measure revenue performance of ASA campaigns to work out overall ROAS but the revenue export is unusable and just shows my ad groups as 357 columns. These can’t be added to a pivot table and can’t be aggregated without manually going through and manipulating the data.Is there a way to export only totals, or export it in a usable format, or does anyone have a ‘fix’ to allow the data to be used in Excel please?Ideally we’d have campaign/ad group name as column A, revenue total(s) as column B/C/D. This would allow us to easily aggregate the data, instead of having separate revenue columns for every single ad group or campaign.Thanks in advance!

Hi,Is there any way to define how RevenueCat reports developer proceeds for the Webhook/Segement integration to account for local taxes?Currently you can choose the ‘report proceeds’ option within the Segment Integration settings, but the calculation doesn’t reflect ‘Developer Proceeds’ as defined by Apple. The calculation by Apple removes local taxes from the ‘customer price’ prior to applying the take home percentage. (GROSS_REVENUE - TAX) * TAKEHOME_PC.For the Segment integration, the calculation for revenue seems to apply the `takehome_percentage` property to the `price` property (which is only actually shown in the web hook output and not shown on the Segment event)  – it doesn’t account for taxes at all. CUSTOMER_PRICE * TAKEHOME_PC.For the web hook, we’re only given the customer price converted to USD – no option for developer proceeds at all. I’m sure the local currency complicates it, but it would be good if we could get the price in local curren

We exported all our customer data from the revenue cat customer tab. However under the sections first_seen_at, first_purchase, trial_start_at, etc it lists 13 digit numbers such as 1638562638000. How would we go about converting these timestamps into the date of the day?

Users redeem these codes for subscription discounts. Track the total redemptions for each specific Custom Code to calculate affiliate payouts. The Dilemma: I am aware that Apple's Receipt Data/StoreKit doesn't return the actual Custom Code string, only the Offer Reference Name. I am experiencing an issue with my Google Play Store integration. I have successfully configured the service account and uploaded the key as per your documentation. However, the RevenueCat dashboard shows a red "failed" status for "Permissions to call subscriptions API," while the other two APIs are successful.My app is currently live on the Google Play Store, andit seems to be retrieving some subscription information correctly.I have a few questions regarding this issue: Why does this error appear even though the key is uploaded and the service account has the necessary permissions? I've followed all the necessary steps to configure my credentials, and they are showing checkmarks for "Permissions to call subscriptions API," "Permissions to call inappproducts API," and "Permissions to call monetization API." However, these checkmarks are not turning blue, indicating full activation. What could be the reason for this issue, and how can I resolve it?Thank you for your help! 

Hello, I have a problem with changing renewal preference of my subscriptions, it was just working yesterday but now it shows that subscription I wanted to changed to is bought and subscription I wanted changed from is set as a new renewal preference.So to explain it more clearly:I have now “subscription_month” want to change to “subscription_year” when I click to buy it it show correctly native android message that you will change from “subscription_month” to “subscription_year”.But when I go to revenuecat I see “Started a subscription of  subscription_year” Changed their renewal preference to  “subscription_month”Don’t know why this happen I checked and it gives correct sku in UpgradeInfo I am taking it from “purchaserInfo.activeSubscriptions[0]”. As I said it was working just yesterday so I have no idea what could have changed.

Hi, we are setting RevenueCat first time. We have our subscription plans already set on Google n Apple stores. Do we need to set them up on dashboard again or revenuecat can sync them automatically?  

I’m getting the following error when trying to add an iOS app. I’ve filled out all the fields in the “New App Store app” section and followed several different guides, however, I’m running into this error every time. The only thing I can think of is I just set up everything on App Store Connect and I’m waiting for approval. Has anybody else ran into this issue?

Is there any chart that shows the number of renewed subscriptions per month? I know that I can see the renewal revenue and the total number of active subscriptions, but I am trying to find a way to also find out about the number of renewals.Thanks!

Is it possible to grant a promotional subscription in the sandbox environment, as opposed to the production environment? When using the dashboard to grant an entitlement to a user, it always says "environment": "PRODUCTION".I’ve read that users don’t relate to a particular environment, but transactions do. Isn’t granting an entitlement a transaction, and therefore wouldn’t it make sense to grant an entitlement in the sandbox environment?

Does the New Customers represent the number of app downloads?  If so, is there a way to get a list of customers that download the app, but did not sign up? 

I’m trying to generate an In-App Purchase Key on App Store Connect as that’s a mandatory step in the set up process for iOS apps. However, App store connect won’t let me, and also won’t tell me what’s wrong. When I try to generate a key, I get a “error, please try again later” error and then immediately redirected to the home page. In the chrome devtools console, I see a 403 forbidden error. Wtf?

Hello everyone,I am a non-technical founder and I have a question regarding the integration between RevenueCat and AppsFlyer.In my RevenueCat dashboard, when I check a specific Customer profile, I noticed that the AppsFlyer ID is already populated in the attributes. Since I am not the developer, I am not sure how this ID was collected, but it is there.My questions are: With this AppsFlyer ID available in RevenueCat, is it possible to look up this exact user on the AppsFlyer dashboard to see their original traffic source (e.g., which specific ad campaign or media source they came from)? Where exactly in the AppsFlyer interface (which report or view) should I paste this ID to find the user's attribution data? I've checked the "Activity View" but couldn't find a direct search bar for IDs. Does the presence of this ID in RevenueCat mean the SDK integration is already worki

Is there a way to filter out specific product from the revenue chart? Basically I want to see the revenue from all my projects and products excluding only product x.
