Adding a simple “revenue for today” stat would massively improve revenue cat. I am able to get up to date 28 day revenue, so I don’t see why up to date revenue for today cannot be there. This feature could be a very valuable metric to have for marketing, particularly when you are trying to drive a team around targets.This simple feature would increase the value I can get from revenue cat quite significantly, and it seems ti me it would be an easy to add feature!Most of the time, the “charts” feature is 6 hours out of date, but very often when it says that it can be more like 9-10 hours out of date.

im trying to migrate over to Revenue Cat and have followed the steps. I noticed that my previous subscriptions have not pulled through so I cant see all my existing users, only new ones since setting up the various accounts and connecting to apple and google I keep getting told that the Secret key api is too short but its exactly what I have under secret keys in the api keys section my products already exist and have been bought numerous times over the last 5 months as well as Product Configuration Error: PlatformException(23, There is an issue with your configuration. I’ve been trying to configure one of the new paywalls in my app but I keep getting the message that the offering has no configured paywall. find a simulator screenshot with the error message I keep getting. I think I’ve done everything the way I’m supposed to.

When using the new paywall editor (not the v1 ones) and new templates, when I try to edit the product button I see an $rc_monthly and $rc_annual product but I only have an $rc_weekly and $rc_annual product set up, not a monthly one. These products are currently live and being sold via a v1 paywall so we’re fairly confident they are set up correctly.I am also unable to publish the paywall because no offering is selected, the offering drop-down is grayed out and says “no available offerings” in the sidebar under “General paywall properties”.Separately I’m wondering if there is a way to take a template which is designed for a single product, and add the product toggle (i.e weekly vs annual) there does not seem to be a button for this in the paywall editor.

Hi,Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a quick search and I think all prior conversations are not exactly what I’m looking for. So:For my app, i have 3 (1mo/3mo/1yr) non-auto renewing subscription products, acting as unlock to “pro” version of the app. I’ve generated some promo code to distribute for promotional purposes. In RC’s dashboard those promo code usages are indistinguishable from real purchases.I know it’s apple IAP’s design limitation but crucially, these seem to count towards the threshold of 2500 usd MTR. obviously i’m willing to pay the 1% fee for RC’s wonderful features but it doesn’t feel good when these promo codes, which are not real revenue for me, are also counted.Is there any way to mitigate this? Or do I need to implement my own promo code system to get around this?Thanks,Jack Hsu 

Hello - I’m trying to track down an inconsistency and hopefully someone here can help. I’ve noticed in the past week that when I look at the Conversions data, it shows that all trial conversions are zero: there are trials started, but all are labeled as Pending, even though the trial period has ended. When I look at individual days and users, I can indeed see users that converted from trial to subscriptions, but the charts that are supposed to aggregate this data don’t seem to reflect the data that I see by looking at individual users. Any help is appreciated!

OK, so I am using expo react native and implementing RevenueCat for rendering paywall, now the issue is that I used one of your already-made templates, and then I configured it to suit my taste. in doing  that I inserted my own custom image to the paywall it showed perfectly on RevenueCat, but now that I am testing it on my andriod phone, the Image is not appearing at all. In hindsight, it is showing some sort of blur which is really annoying, I checked the file size  and it is less than 2 mb see the details of the image (921 x 921, 953 KB). what should I do?The Image above is what is displaying on my phone.The Image below is what I created in revenuecat.

I've run into a challenge with the RevenueCat platform and was hoping someone here might have encountered a similar issue and could provide some guidance. Situation:I've been trying to import my IOS in-app purchase products into the RevenueCat for dashboard. While I've followed the standard procedures and ensured that my product identifiers in Apple's App Store Connect match those I'm entering in RevenueCat, not all of my products are appearing on the dashboard, there are 20 products but only 10 products are showing up when import. The products are on IOS side is still not send to submission but I think it should show up on revenuecat regardless of their status. Steps I've Taken:Double-checked the product configurations in App Store Connect. Verified the integration of the RevenueCat SDK within my app. Refreshed the RevenueCat dashb

It appears the "Trial cancellation date" filter also applies if a user has cancelled a subscription? For example we have the following filters to show users in the last X amount of days who have started and cancelled a trial. But going through the list there are 3 active subscribers and it looks like each of them... 1. Start a trial2. Let their trial convert into a subscription3. Cancel the subscription but it has not expired  

Hi!, sometimes when I create a new sandbox account and make a purchase, the dashboard shows the number of transactions more than once. My appstore settings seem to be okey. Even though I purchased it once, the package seems to be renewed by itself. I only have this problem in apple, there is no such problem in android 

I find https://app.revenuecat.com/activity page very helpful.Why 'activity' page is not available in dashboard menu? 

Is there a way to chart the avg number of days between an app install and trial start?

We’re getting a sudden influx of cancellation webhook calls after we introduce a new pricing model.It has 7-days free trial period and then monthly subscription.What events should be triggered given this user story:User starts a free trial Free trial ends after a week User chooses not to go on with the planI think events trigger like the following: `INITIAL_PURCHASE` → `CANCELLATION`. Is it correct? If FTE does not trigger `CANCELLATION` event, we can’t explain cancellation increase. Additional Question:Also in revenue cat charts, do active subscription contains trial users? Or active subscription chart and active trial chart are not related to each other? 

i have deleted the iap from app connect and in revenuecat in offerings added the new package in default but earlier packages are showing why also the product not able to delete they are associated with the some sandbox transaction i have added new packages in offerings but not showing why is ther any limit for that but old one are showing it is reflcting in my app 

Hey there. Is it possible to access webhooks in sandbox env? The sandbox toggle can’t be activated for some reason. Have anyone experienced it? Cheers Tomasz

While preparing my app for publishing on Google Play, I noticed that the Play Console requires paywalls to clearly display information about subscription auto-renewal and how users can manage or cancel their subscription.However, I couldn’t find any fields in the RevenueCat Paywall UI editor to add this required information directly. I want to make sure my app is compliant and avoid potential rejection.Would adding this info in the “Footer Link” > Terms of Service URL be sufficient for Play Console reviewers?Or is there another recommended way to include this content in the paywall?Here is my paywall UI; Also, one small extra question:On my paywall, the monthly subscription option shows a "%37 off"

URGENT Currently, when trying to add links to tex on the paywall editor, the link seems to disappear asa soon as as I click on a different element or anything. TLDR they’re not staying on the text and fail to deploy. The following screenshots are sequential in that actions that I take. Please fix the immediately as our apple build is being rejected because we’re not including the links. 

I think it’d would be nice to have a chart about intro price period conversion to the full price subscription, just like free trial conversion to paid subscription. Is there a way to get this data from the platform? Thanks.

 I have followed the instructions as in docs and  my revenue account is connected to Google Play service. I have configured the product, entitlements and offer for my product. When I try to integrate the application, it gives an error message.- ERROR: 🤖‼️ Error fetching offerings - PurchasesError(code=ConfigurationError, underlyingErrorMessage=There's a problem with your configuration. There are no products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard for your offerings.I have configured the product, offer and entitlement as described in the documents. How to troubleshoot this problem? 

Hi all,I’m testing the Scheduled Data Export integration but I don’t understand one thing. So there’s this option to only include new and updated transaction records, but how do I know which records are new and which are updated? And for the latter, how do I know which record it replaces? Last question, is there a way to get user events history from api? 

Im using the v2 Paywall. If I offer two packages, Annual and Monthly,the Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial while the Monthly plan does not.Because of that, I want the CTA button (purchase button) to say “Start FREE week” when the user chooses the Annual plan, and simply “Continue” when they choose the Monthly plan. How is this possible?

Hi team, found one problem. We received a message from our internal help center from a user, in the message found the user uses the latest app version, but in a revenucat panel `Last Seen App Version` is outdated(two version before our release). Looks like it wasn't updated on revenucat. How do you track that last version usage?

As seen in this answer, there’s supposed to be an option to change the Introductory offer text in the text properties but that option is not available for me.  How do i enable it? Attached is my version: 

Hi there!Is there a way to cancel subscriptions from the RevenueCat Dashboard?I tried navigating to Customers → Tap on a customer and under Entitlements, the three dots have only the “Refund” option.We removed a certain feature from our mobile app and we need to cancel the subscription for those who opted in for that feature. Regards, Florian Nistor
