How to add cancellation and auto-renewal info to Paywall UI

While preparing my app for publishing on Google Play, I noticed that the Play Console requires paywalls to clearly display information about subscription auto-renewal and how users can manage or cancel their subscription.However, I couldn’t find any fields in the RevenueCat Paywall UI editor to add this required information directly. I want to make sure my app is compliant and avoid potential rejection.Would adding this info in the “Footer Link” > Terms of Service URL be sufficient for Play Console reviewers?Or is there another recommended way to include this content in the paywall?Here is my paywall UI; Also, one small extra question:On my paywall, the monthly subscription option shows a "%37 off" label.Is this calculated automatically by RevenueCat? If so, is there a way to disable or hide that label?

getOfferings work fine for iPhone TestFligths app but not working on iPad TestFlight app

I’ve implemented the RevenueCat SDK and tested the entire purchase journey using the TestFlight version of the app. Everything worked smoothly on iPhone (tested with different iPhones).However, my app was rejected, and upon reviewing the feedback and attached screenshot, I noticed the reviewers tested it on an iPad. I then tested the same TestFlight build on two iPads — both returned an error when calling getOfferings. The same code works correctly on iPhone but consistently falls into the catch block (at `….Purchases.getOfferings()) on iPad.SDK version: "@revenuecat/purchases-capacitor": "^9.2.1"Since it works on iPhone, we’re confident that the product identifiers and configurations are correct. We only test on real devices. StoreKit testing is not implemented, so simulator support is not expected and not needed. Filter Customer by Last Seen App ID Containing is Broken

The filter for Last Seen App ID using either contains or does not contain seems to be broken. For example, I am trying to filter non-anonymous IDs using Last Seen App ID does not contain “$RCAnonymousID”. All customers are shown. Similarly, using contains returns no customers.

Customer Account Not Being Created Without Purchase?

Hey!I have the following use case but coudln’t find a great solution for it yet. This seems like something that should work out of the box, so I’m asking here. In my mobile app, I initialize RevenueCat once and call the login method later to identify a user as soon as I have their userId. However, if that customer has not made a purchase yet, they will not show up as customers in the RevenueCat dashboard. That’s a real bummer because I regularly want to give existing but selected users access to premium entitlements. I cannot do that though if they are not even in the RevenueCat dashboard. From what I understood, calling the configure method creates a user account if none is already created (and cached). Why is that user account not showing in the dashboard?Consider this case: I do direct customer acquisition and get them to download the app and create a user account. Now I want to grant them a specific entitlement. This seems like a very basic feature. But right now, I don’t see how I

Different prices between Paywall and checkout in IOS App(Flutter)

Hi guys! I'm integrating subscriptions in my Flutter app using RevenueCat. iOS case. I'm encountering an issue where the price shown on the paywall differs from the price shown at the actual App Store checkout. For example:* On the paywall, I show $59.99 (taken from `package.storeProduct.priceString`)* But when the user proceeds to the purchase, the App Store sheet shows $69.99 I'm not hardcoding any values — I use priceString from RevenueCat offerings.I use Flutter, but the issue happened on IOS only Questions:-Why might there be a mismatch between the price from on paywall and checkout? Currency Issue within Testflight Scenario

Hi,I am from the UK and about to launch my new mobile app.I have set my paywall up correctly and app store connect correctly. All price regions are set. My app store and device region are set to the UK. My account is logged in.In development mode, I see the correct currency on the paywall which is pounds. When I launch in testflight I see $ (on the paywall) and then on the app purchase subscriptions sheet I see pounds. This happens on multiple devices in testflight.Why is this happening?I am hesitant to actually push to app store until I can be sure this is fixed.I do not want all of my customer seeing $ on the paywall, it must show the correct currency.Of all the threads I’ve read on this, no on whether from revenucat or elsewhere can actually describe the problem.Thanks.

Not having the ability to upgrade/downgrade Stripe plans via Web Billing is painful. I read in another post that the RevenueCat team was working on this in Q2. Any updates?

Hello,I deleted a user on accident. I have the RevenueCat id, is there any way to restore this user and their entitlement? Will it restore when the subscription bills again? Im hoping there is some deleted db that RevenueCat persists for a bit or some solution. Thanks!

Using with Tauri v2 on Android and iOS

I’m interested in using RevenueCat for subscriptions and purchases in a Tauri app released for Android and iOS. The only information I found was a thread from a year ago which suggested using API and said that Tauri v2 support was not on the roadmap:Has anything changed since then? I’d love to use RevenueCat but part of its appeal is using an SDK that ties together all the API calls and the native purchase flow together. Are you planning to support Tauri v2 in the future? It’s a wild guess but given that Tauri’s architecture is similar to Capacitor, I suspect a lot of work done for Capacitor could be reused.
